I had the Bob Marley drink and the Rasta pasta with chicken & shrimp, and everything was AMAZING! The Bob Marley drink was super fresh and flavorful… the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing. You can tell it’s made with real ingredients and not watered down like most places.
The Rasta pasta was hands down one of the best I’ve had. The pasta was creamy, well seasoned, and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender, the shrimp were juicy, and the sauce had that perfect Jamaican kick without being overwhelming. Every bite was rich, savory, and cooked perfectly.
Portion size was great and the food came out hot and fresh. If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican flavor, this spot definitely delivers. I’ll absolutely be coming back for more!

The jerk chicken is a tangy flavor bomb of Carribbean bar b q. And the chicken curry….come on now!!! How does that come from a food truck in midland in 10 minutes!!
This sounds like I’m blowing smoke…but that chicken curry was one of the best things I’ve eaten in the 7 years in midland.
The owner is super friendly and sat and talked to us for a while about how he ended up in midland and his journey along the way.

The food and service was amazing. First time tasting Jamaican food. I have been missing out and so are you if you haven’t tasted their food.
We had the jerk chicken, coconut rice, potato salad and fried plantains. We also had a Bob Marley juice. It was so good. The food and juice was amazing as well!
Can’t wait to try the other options and juices.

I’ve been to Jammin Nyaminz more times than I can count, and every single time the service is great, the food is great, and the people are great. You can really tell the food is cooked with love, and it shows in every dish.
If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend it. It means a lot that the owners have brought a piece of themselves and their culture to Midland, and the community is lucky to have a spot like this. Definitely one of my go-to places!

I love this place. Being from NY and growing up in the West Indian/Caribbean communities, this is as authentic as it can get. One of my favorite food places in Midland. My go to dishes are the oxtails and the rasta pasta. It hits the spot every time and never disappoints. My husband and I legit eat this at least two weekends out of the month. If i had one wish I would make this a store that served seven days a week. I recommend this to anyone who has never had authentic Jamaican food as well as those who are missing that taste of Caribbean.

As someone who’s new to midland, I’m casually checking out food trucks in the area, as we all know those hit the best on a Saturday night.
I’m not too familiar with Caribbean cuisine, as I’ve only had it twice back in college, but I ended up going with the Jerk Chicken with the coconut rice & red beans and fries. It was so good and a super unique taste compared to my usual. Something to look forward to on the weekends type of feel.

First time ever trying, and my gosh was it amazing! The owners/workers were beautifully kind and even gave us samples to try. The flavor and spices of the curry goat were a chefs kiss for me! Will be back!
