The food is fresh and tastes good but not at all “plentiful”. The prices for BBQ are much too high, about 16% more than any restaurant in the area, including one on “restaurant row”. Their wings are great and priced low, that’s all we eat there due to high prices on BBQ. I requested sauce on the side and they refused to put it in one slightly larger container they had in the back. Had to fill small cups from a squeeze bottle, they were not at all busy. There”s not much to the dining area, definitely won’t be eating in, carryout only. They need a drive through and more plentiful helpings.

I’m got the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and my son got the burger with fries. Mac and cheese was more like a good homemade style and as very tasty. The fries were the fresh cut style with good seasoning and were really good. My son said the burger was good and tastes fresh. The brisket was good but not quite my favorite flavor according to me. Could do with a different bun. The bun is not the greatest. Kinda dry. The sweet tea is SWEET but very good. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I spent about $24 for two meals and drinks.

Wow! The food is incredible! It doesn’t matter what you choose it’s all so good! I have to say, the turkey is the most tender and moist I’ve ever had! And the Mac & Cheese is delicious. But be sure to save room for dessert because they are amazing as well! Great atmosphere where patrons and staff all chat and share stories like they’ve known each other for years! What a great gem!

Small mom and pop joint in front of a cattle sale barn. Everyone was super nice and service was quick. The food was decent bbq, but nothing special. I felt it was a little pricey at $45 for two. The Carolina Twinkie was a delicious treat.

I consider myself to be a BBQ connoisseur and this place is phenomenal!!! The pulled pork is moist and flavorful… it really doesn’t even need any sauce… I did however try the 2 sauces. One was a tomato based and the other was a mustard base. I couldn’t decide which one I liked the best so I just combined them! I did clear me out a place to the side of my pulled pork to put the sauce so I could use it but also just enjoy the flavor of the meat without any sauce. I had the sweet potato casserole and mac n cheese and they were amazing! The sweet tea is good also!
As if the food wasn’t good enough, another huge plus was the cleanliness of the restaurant! The people working to prepare food were wearing gloves also! Bathrooms were clean! And they have paper towels to dry your hands! I despise hand dryers

Edit: we came back after our first visit and were disappointed. The brisket was originally tender, but was drenched in oil this time and 40% fat. The sandwiches had very small amounts of meat – it didn’t feel worth $8 each. We felt most things were underseasoned. Hopefully they find a balance between quality food and reasonable prices.
Come visit and try a nice variety of BBQ meats and sides. The brisket was tender and juicy… the sauces were a nice compliment and were not overpowering. We felt like the prices were right on, but my husband’s brisket portion was smaller than mine – hopefully they can get more consistent with that. The mac & cheese and slaw were right on!!! This is a genuine, authentic restaurant. Definitely stop by when they’re open. We’d come back and are curious about breakfast.

There is nothing but good to say about this place! The scenery is always clean beyond belief, The employees are friendly and always welcoming and helpful, And the food is unmatched! If you’re near Cowpens battlefield I want to enjoy some barbecue or a multitude of other things they offer. You definitely need to stop at Southern Fusion! And don’t leave without trying the banana pudding! I wish they were open every day of the week!

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The ribs have so much meat on them and it falls off the bone. My favorite is the wings, always delicious and their Mac and cheese is amazing. Everything I’ve had has been excellent.
