Casual dining but the So-Cal style Mexican food is excellent! Refreshing in a state where 95 percent of Mexican cuisine is actually New Mexican cuisine. Very different flavor profiles. I stop here whenever I travel to Clovis.

Drive thru was a bit slow but that’s not a biggie. I went for 2 orders of Menudo, and even thou it has a great flavor with “pata” it has no hominy…. This is not menudo, this is what we call “Panzita” in Mexico, which is only meat no hominy. Really sad cause the flavor is there, but without hominy it’s not menudo!!!! Also drive thru girl was not very good at costumer service, please change that…. Even when ordering at the menu/speaker can’t hardly hear her, pulled up to the window, not even a good day or that’s it thank you ….. really really we’d to change who is at your counters or at least drive thru!!! Food tastes better than any other place here in Clovis Nm.

More of a Tex-mex guy. I’m not gonna say the food was bad it was just different. Wait was not long and the people were very friendly. Menu was massive so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I will be back because the people were wonderful.

We ordered 2 churros from the clovis location. Got home ate half of the first one only to have the next bite taste terribly of mold, upon further inspecting what i thought was a burnt spot was actually dark green mold on the side of the churro. Its was absolutely disgusting. The other churro apeared to have the mold as well. We called and after explaining the issue the girl on the phone asked are you calling the clovis or almagordo location, i said clovis and she said oh well this is almagordo and hung up. Ive confirmed i called the correct number ,cant get anyone to answer since the call. I just wanted a refund on the churros. I will not be goving them my business. How molded food makes it out the door does not make me confident in their food safety at all. Itd a dha e because i enjoyed their asada fries. Hopefully the health department can get them to clean up their act….

Tacos were cold, I ordered taquitos and they gave me crispy tacos. Menudo doesn’t have any homoney. Orders una agua de Jamaica and it was super bitter but thankfully they switched it no charge.

I have not been disappointed with anything I’ve received here. I’ve missed real beef enchiladas made with beef not ground beef like everyone in clovis likes to do. I’m so happy to have a taste of home finally.

If you are looking for authentic California style Mexican food this is it! Have tried many mexican restaurants in the area and the food was nothing compared to Los Victor’s. The carnitas platter and the carne asada platter were fantastic with very generous portions of food – definitely had to take home and had at least one more meal with it. The salsa bar has everything you need and the green sauce is very authentic California as well! The gals behind the counter were very great and had such huge smiles when I told them that it is Definitely “Authentic CA” Great job Chefs! Look no further for Mexican food in the area – this is the only place you should or need to go!
