Starter was the Kachori Chat – an interesting mango pastry assembly. Mains: The Old Delhi Butter Chicken was phenomenal. We also had the Malai Kofta (medium spice ) which was a little spicier than expected but still delicious. I had the Bullet Naan – slightly spicy and very tasty. Mylady’s garlic naan was „delicious“. Service was swift and attentive. Bring your own beer from Triumph Brewery across the road. Will come again.

Have you had lunch at the Spice Lover yet? You need to give it a try. They offer yummy lunch specials for under $20! They will customize the spiciness for you. I had the chicken biryani and it was served with a homemade raita (tangy yogurt sauce to help cut the spiciness)
I look forward to going back as they offered so many delicious dishes on the menu. We need to try them all. Lunch anyone?

My first time, Went for lunch. I have been around many Indian restaurants. I must say that this place deserves the best rating for food and service. It is very small inside and parking is quite difficult. I tried the thali and it was a complete meal. Strongly recommend and I think for New Hope, it is also a great Value.. for what you pay !!

This restaurant is amazing! Spice Lover is a hit every time. From entrees to appetizers, everything is delicious. My daughter had nut allergies and they are very attentive so that she can also enjoy and not get allergic. Love Spice Lover!

Great mixture of north and sound Indian dishes, some of which are a little different than the usual fare. Affordable, great portion sizes, very welcoming staff.

Ask for recs – they won’t steer you wrong. And def try the bao buns!

Hands down the best Indian food I’ve had in the area and in a long time! This casual place serves food that’s on par with what you’d find in an upscale restaurant with a ton of vegetarian options. Literally everything we ordered was amazing! You can really tell the owner is passionate about his work and genuinely cares that you enjoy his food. He’s cleverly infused traditional Indian cuisine with other Asian cultures, creating a unique dining experience. The service was friendly and attentive.

Highly recommend this new spot – especially the eggplant shrimp, bao buns, and lentil soup!

My partner and I ordered the Kerala wings at the advice of our waiter over the traditional. 10/10 would recommend the wings were so tender, spicy, but also flavorful. My personal favorite was the chicken wonton tacos. They reminded me of the pf Chang’s fried green beans sauce but a whole level above. Lastly I got the samosas which were fairly large. They paired well with the green coriander sauce. The prices were good as was the service! Between the two of us it was 15$ per person. Definitely a hidden gem at New Hope.

Came here in a group of 5 people while visiting New Hope. We all love Indian food and the high ratings brought us here, but man were we disappointed. After waiting nearly an hour the food was brought to us. 2 of us ordered goat dishes and in both dishes there was not one piece of edible meat. It was all just bones and cartilage with a tiny bit of very hard chewy meat. I usually get goat so am aware that sometimes the meat quality can vary but this was completely inedible, it was 80% bones. To their credit they did give me a chicken tikka masala on the house when i pointed this out(which was also one of the worst tikka masalas ive had). My friend did not want to mention it and ended up leaving his plate full, and stomach empty upon leaving. The other 3 got chicken dishes and all said their dishes were very subpar with dry chicken. Overall nobody was happy with their meal. I was disappointed because the reviews were so good and mislead us into eating here on an otherwise nice visit to New Hope.
