I may be wrong but it was like they were moving in quick sand. I have seen moss grow quicker. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches that just needed to be put in the microwave.

For some reason the drinks taste much less flavorful at this location, and their espresso drinks are always much lighter in color than other places. I am always kind and patient because it isn’t the staffs fault they are short handed, but the drinks do not compare in quality with other locations, whether it’s staff training or product availability, I would rather take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Maumee where it’s not hit or miss.

The girl made my coffee with milk when I’m lactose intolerant today. Then she told me I never asked for oat milk, which I know I did. Then she proceeded to make my order incorrectly with one shot of espresso instead of 3. Lavender Oatmilk cortado.

I came into the Waterville Starbucks to redeem my birthday drink… And the three young women behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful. They were awesome! They talked me into a chai latte lightly sweetened ~ my new favorite drink. Keep up the great work (Starbucks) and incredible customer service!

i love this starbucks and go often, but Anissa is regularly rude. almost every single time i am there and she is my barista she is unprofessional and unkind. she slams drinks on the counter and doesn’t call drinks when there’s more than one person waiting. it is very unwelcoming. everyone else is literally amazing.
