We’ve gone to this location for quite awhile. The young lady that was always there was just delightful & efficient. Haven’t seen her since late summer. Since then the spinach looks old & wilted. Tonight we stopped & a ladylike started our order, then a man came out & took over my order & started yelling at her in his native language. Didn’t have to know the language to understand that he was demeaning her in front of us. It was completely unprofessional & embarrassing. I must say that the woman continued to fill my husband’s order with a smile and grace even as she was being yelled at.

This store is beautiful and clean. I have been coming here for a long time. The employees of this store provide good service and make good sandwiches. In short, from every angle, I give my decision credit. In a sentence, the behavior of the employees is like friendliness.

DO NOT COME HERE – My Girlfriend and I were trying to get a sandwich, first of all we walked up to the door and the OPEN sign was on, we entered, and the male employee who was behind the counter was on his phone with his gloves on. Cross Contamination red flag right away. He looked at us and says… “WERE CLOSED!!!” Pretty firm, about it I look at the OPEN sign, and point at it in disappointment. He was extremely rude. So we walked out, I took a photo of the open sign, because I wanted to review my experience. A woman employee enters, and starts to yell at the male because she saw me taking a photo of the OPEN sign lit up. He comes out as we’re half way to my car, and goes “What’s wrong why are you mad? You want a sandwich? What are you going to do?” Remind you all I did was walk in, I didn’t say a single word because he told us to get out right away. We drove 2 miles down the street and went to another subway. Don’t waste your time here, the workers clearly don’t care about their customers. Keep playing on your phone, you might have a surprise visitor soon.

I came in to use a coupon one day . Next day my bf come in they say no coupons DONT COME HERE THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO CAN USE A COUPON.

Wanted to give the local restaurant some business but as I was placing my order the owner says to me ” no coupons we dont participate” I looked at him in disbelief said “ok no business” and walked out. How times have changed smh….

The food was fresh ( for the most part, the green peppers had clearly been frozen at some point) but they are very stingy with toppings. I got a veggie sub and they wouldn’t even put enough on it to go across the whole sandwich . I asked for more more spinach and he picked up 2 extra spinach leaves. Literally 2. I have never experienced this at any other subway and it’s not the first time I’ve experienced it here. I won’t be back. There are enough subways around that I can drive an extra 2 or 3 minutes more to get a full sized sandwich.

I never leave a bad review on a business unless they’ve disappointed time and time again . This subway has (one) friendly employee, a younger girl. The other two employees I’ve had an experience with are some of the most unfriendly and unwelcoming people I’ve ever met. One of those two employees is an older lady . She literally throws the vegetables on the sandwich without care and appears upset if you ask for anything extra. I thought it was just her personality but I’ve seen her treat some older customers with respect. I’m not sure if it’s racism or just straight up rudeness but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I like subway during lunch and had put up with this behavior for about two months now but I’ll sadly have to start going somewhere else now. Sad and disappointed.

I placed an online order for the 8.99 meal deal and my order apparently got canceled when I got there but it still took my money and the coupon subway isn’t even good compared to the order places. Literally just went there because of the coupon but walked out with wasted gas no food and lost money so thanks subways. Jersey Mikes all the way forever

I have previously had positive experiences at this location. However this time I made an online order, where I noticed they do not accept any coupons – not even the ones offered through the Subway app itself. When I arrived home from picking up our order, we realized multiple ingredients were completely missing from the sandwich. I contacted customer service and received a generic “thanks for your feedback, sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations” from the owner without any reparation offered. Very disappointed.
