Food was pretty good, but very sloppy and the bread was soggy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.

The sandwich and the wrap were quite good in taste and presentation but the delivery man just left the food on the doorstep and left without having the common courtesy to ring the doorbell and/or knock on the door

Upon entering establishment I was needing to use restroom, employee who identified herself as Heather tells me paying customers only can use restroom and obviously became upset when i headed towards the restroom, I advised her that I will be placing order although I need to use restroom. After using restroom I placed an order, realizing I had left My wallet in car. I told her that I need to retrieve my wallet she yells as I’m heading toward the door i” if you don’t come back in never come back to this store!” I turned around and replied I need to get my wallet. Upon reentering the store I mentioned that her rudeness was unacceptable and requested to speak to the manager she raises her voice for the 3rd time I am the manager! I asked for her supervisor and she says her number is on the door
I called Joy Burfer from instead the store with no response a voice mail was left requesting a call back. We will wait and see.
This incident was completely avoidable if at first she listened to me as I needed to use the restroom instead she displayed hostile environment as in raising her voice and continued several times including never come back to this restaurant. I did attempt to deescalate the situation mentioning ” look we both maybe having bad morning ” she.continued everyone says they going to order or will be back in with again raised voice. Unfortunately near the end she brought me out of character forcing myself to raise my voice after explaining several times my predictament.
Her name she says is Heather.
If this is the environment and suggested behavior of an employee yet a manager then Subway you really need to look at yourself. As for thus inparticular subway, I will never ever order here again and yes will NOT recommend this inparticular restaurant

Wonderful folks prepare your lunch for you!! I’ve been eating at this Subway for years and LOVE it. The regular folks are friendly and fix delicious sandwiches. Unfortunately, there’s a new area manager who’s been hanging out at this restaurant and she had the audacity to make me stand there, my sandwich fully ready to go, waiting to check out while she asked one of the employees about an invoice. I could tell the employee was uncomfortable being asked about paperwork while there were customers in line, but the area manager just kept saying to me, “Just a minute, ma’am.” I finally said that I had to go and to please ring me up. This restaurant was darned near perfect until this AM showed up. She would do herself – and especially this restaurant – a favor by just moseying down the road. She obviously doesn’t have her priorities straight. Customers come in because they’re hungry and in a hurry. I didn’t care about her invoices or anything else except my food. So, keep on visiting this restaurant and if this AM holds you up, just remind her that you’re HUNGRY!!! 🙂

This subway needs to work on their customer service. They were rude and made me feel like they didn’t care about my service. I specifically asked if their was sweet tea. The workers said there was. I went to the sweet tea area and tasted it and it was disgusting. So then I said, “this is not sweet tea” and the manager said, “no, it’s lemon tea” Okay. I was fine with that even though they themselves told me wrong. So then I asked the closest worker to me if I can switch out the small drink that I’ve purchased for a Gold Peak drink. She looked at the manager and then they all proceeded to ignore me right in front of customers. Me being an introvert person, I just stood there for a second, threw away the drink cup and walked out. And they watched me walk out. Sad. It may not seem like a big deal but me being an introverted person and having social anxiety as it is…they definitely were no help either. Please do better.

The sub’s were made completely wrong. Went in to have them fixed and they were nice but we were hungry so I didn’t have them fixed right. They added my lettuce to mine and cut the other but my bread was incorrect toppings missing and neither was toasted as should have been. Instead of Italian herbs and cheese bread I ended up with plain white. But we were hungry so we just ate them

charged my card then said it didn’t go thru. I showed them on my phone that it did go thru but wouldn’t give me my food. i was told it would put my money back on my card and never did manager told me to come back and would give me food or my money back. so after a 3rd trip she says i have to bring a copy of my bank statement. I’m sur its no big deal to them but that’s 2 to 4 subs a week the will lose a sale on.

It was by far the worst subway experience. First of all The lady in the managers shirt was rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. & I ordered a Philly steak and cheese foot long my meat wasn’t even warm when I bit into my sandwich. While I was waiting for my sandwich to get done in the toaster I asked if I could use the rest room twice both times being ignored. So I go to use the bath room since I didn’t get a response. Won’t be back to that store they really need to work on their customer service and management skills.

Some employee’s do a great job others definitely do not and go straight for excuses or bad attitude. They seem understaffed during peak hours which shows on the tables and drink area not getting proper attention and staff overwhelmed at the amount of customers this place generates. I would not recommend but I blame the whole more than just an employee.
