Very inconsistent, when they make the order correctly it’s great! But in the short time they’ve been open they’ve made my app order differently every time! Make sure you check your bag because they keep forgetting the guacamole.

I’m so ecstatic that Manor has a Chipotle now! I think it just opened yesterday so they have these cool balloons outside for the grand opening. Parking was a little hard to come by since there’s so much buzz right now but we were able to get a spot after doing one lap around the building. The inside is super nice and spacious. Plenty of seating for all the guests coming through. Even though there was a line, it went really fast because they have so many employees working right now. I got a burrito bowl with regular chicken, a side of queso, chips, and a drink. Everything tasted great! My only complaint is that the portion sizes seemed kind of small compared to other locations I’ve been to.

First and last time ordering food from the manor chipotle. We ordered online 9/18, brought it home to find my son’s quesadilla completely deconstructed. They just gave us a tortilla and chicken, I ended up having to cook the quesadilla and use our own ingredients as they didn’t even provide cheese. Then when I opened my meal, it had two plastic lids buried deep in the bowl. So I had to throw my $15+ meal out without eating it.
The automated chili pepper was so unhelpful and I ended up having to find a number to call to speak with someone about finding foreign objects in my food. Which I find to be a major health hazard. They offered to put rewards on my account that expired within one month, and that is a joke of a response to someone who found plastic objects in their food. Obviously their food handling needs more training and it’s terrifying as I don’t know if they safely handled my son’s food. If my meal had foreign objects in it, I can only assume that his did too.
I will not pay outrageous prices to have this experience again and I hope that the rest of the community doesn’t either. Chipotle has exponentially declined in everything from the ingredients to their service, however their prices continue to rise every year. Do not eat at this establishment.

I ordered two fully loaded chicken bowls through Uber last night. Unfortunately, the cilantro was overpowering, which negatively affected the overall taste. The portions were very small, what a joke. This has been my worst experience with Chipotle, especially at the new location in Manor, TX. I believe improvements in both cooking and management are needed. If I decide to visit the Manor location again, I will likely drive there to place my order.

New location in Manor, TX experiencing growing pains. The line that formed the drive thru was blocking everyone who wanted to park to pick up their food or eat inside. I had to park at Chillis, next to Chipotle. Once inside, I saw a long line of people were waiting for their order. The guy that took my order was super stingy with the chicken. Once done with the meal, it was nearly impossible to throw my food out as the trash was overflowing. I counted eight or more people working behind the counter and no one cleaning the tables or throwing out trash. Again, im sure this new location is going through a learning curve.

Wife and I ordered online and picked up through the drive through. I ordered double chicken and my spouse ordered single serving of chicken. She got half of what you would normally get and I barely got any at all. We feel ripped off. Im still hungry and im now making a sandwich. Worst experience at a Chipotle ever for us. I recommend the one in pflugerville by the toll road. The extra drive is worth the portions you paid for.
