Service was sub par I’m always big on customer service it’s the way I run my business and is the most impressive of person to person these employees need better training I don’t blame them I blame the company you have failed them. ! No desserts ! No Mac & Chesse ! No Jalapeño Cheese sausage! And NO Senior Management onsite during our visit ????? Waiter let his towel hit our late during service! ???? At a time where germ are real !????? WT food was not temp ! Sausage was cold as was the red brisket sandwich! Do not recommend this place for safe eating!

This trip was delicious. It can be hit or miss here but I think they are improving. The loaded baked potatoes have been very good the last several times we have eaten at Neon Pig. I wish they served cobbler. Dessert choices are lacking. They allowed me to sub in slaw with my sliced sausage sandwich instead of fries, no upcharge. That was a plus.

First off, the staff was very friendly.
The food actually tasted decent.. chicken was a little dry but after applying plenty of bbq sauce it was good to go. Unfortunately, the sandwich lacked any veggies… it was just a plain chicken sandwich with one slice of pickle.. I asked for onions so I can have something on the sandwich.
The loaded queso fries were good but queso was cold..
The stuffed bacon wrapped pepper was good.

Absolutely outstanding! Everything was delicious had the sausage sandwiche added cheese and OMG it was to die for I ate there 3 times on our visit to winstar. Went back before we left and got some to take back home. Also bought some macaroni , Brisket and loaded pork potato to bring home. ALL were delicious Thank you staff at Neon Pig!

Waited in line (first in line) for 20 minutes while the cashier ignored the long line to serve waiting customers who had already ordered. When I finally tried to order I was told they had no brisket,chicken,pork or sausage as well as hardly any sides. Still don’t understand how hard it would have been to let the line know they were out of almost everything. I left and went next door to IHOP and had a burger and fries. By the looks of most of the other reviews I dodged a bullet. Will never go back. Hope they close and a food place that actually has food and good customer service opens in its spot

There are some ok items on the menu. Bbq is hard for most so I’m not trying to be too critical. But knowing how to slice a brisket should be the bare minimum requirement. It’s like they slice it wrong on purpose, but the way they do it makes it extremely chewy and emphasizes how dry it actually is. It used to be different so I’m not sure what changed but after giving it 2 more chances, it’s just not worth the money.

-10 negatives ten stars! Neon Pig, inside the WinStar, OK. Casino. 1/17/26.Don’t go here! Worst experience. Stood in line for an hour (slow as heck) finally got close 3 people ahead of me. They failed to tell the people in the line that they were out of Everything but, sausage. I wanted Brisket. As a courtesy you would think an employee would have taken the time to tell the people in line what they were out of, so we could STOP wasting more of our TIME!

As a VIP member at Winstar I came to the neon pig to place an order to go for 2 lbs of brisket as I have 5 eating in our corner suite. The employee refused to sell me more than a half pound to go. I felt this is a ridiculous amount but had we shown up in person what would he have done???? I’m pissed and I will never forget it either. I will complain to my casino host as well.
