I had the most amazing experience at Sicilia Mia Cottonwood celebrating a friend’s birthday. The servers are so friendly and attentive we feel as if we were hosted by a warm italian family. We ordered according to the server’s recommendation and all of them were top-notch deliciousness. Will definitely come again!

Exquisite… spectacular… it’s HOME.
If what you want is to taste Italy, save yourself the trip, and just come to Sicilia Mia in Cottonwood Heights.
Jerry (The Manager) treats you like family. Not just me, not just the table behind us, on the other side of the restaurant we heard him sing ‘O Sole Mio’ in an impeccable tenor’s voice to a family. He’s no Pavarotti, but he sings darn good.
The chef at this location is a genuine Italian from Palermo.
I recommend you get Carlos for a waiter for lunch (I think he’s the only one) an authentic Spaniard from Madrid.
But if you go in the evening you may be even luckier to get Jerry the Manager.
I was referred by a friend, best referral I’ve received.
I’ve been here 3 times, and our experience get Even BETTER with each visit.
The location is a corner plaza of two restaurants, and VERY LIMITED PARKING. I had to park in the street at my own risk. keep this in mind, i recommend a reservation.
We ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi, the chicken Gorgonzola and for appetizers the Arancini and Bruchetas. EXQUISITE
My next visit was the Rib Eye with Rosemary, the Tagliata Di Mari to change it up.
YOU MUST try their Alfredo Sauce, I don’t care what pasta, just try it. HEAVENLY!

Solely off the flavor, best place for italian in this state, hand down. Every single item, & every single ingredient is perfectly placed, & prepared with love.
I am a culinary critic & live to eat at new places, & this was our 1st time here.

Ordered tagliatelle Sicilian Mia because the photos from other review was good, I took one too (attached)… but pasta was too hard and seafood was definitely from frozen package. Disappointed from such a high rating place

Love the intimate setting. Staff is fabulous. Celebrating our Anniversary, Kim was excellent as was everyone who attended to our table! Great Italian wine list, and desserts oh my! Osso Bucco and shrimp tagliatelle were great.

Sadly this did not live up to the hype. I got the table side carbonara. The presentation was awesome but the pasta was on the cold side. Also the grilled artichoke just turned out to be warm marinated artichoke hearts. The service was great and I would go back to try something else but it was a bit of a let down

We had a reservation for 8:30 PM, yesterday was my wife’s birthday and we got caught up with a family meeting so we were 15 min late to our reservation and we arrived to Sicilia Mía when they were about to close the restaurant! BUT, that was not an issue for the Manager Jerry Bermudez and their amazing Chef Genaro! Who were both at the door of the restaurant with a smile on their face ready to welcome us and greet us with the best attention possible. Jerry himself was our server and prepared the carbonara pasta table-side while singing at the same time to my wife for her birthday. The customer experience and service was MIND-BLOWING until we tried the spaghetti that they were out of this world, we immediately felt we were dining in Rome or Parma! We’ve never tried this kind of taste of Italian food here in Utah and without question is the BEST there is! Everything is home-made and prepared to order for you! You won’t get that bad service and overcooked pasta you get when you go to these big chains of Italian restaurants NO!! At Sicilia Mia your experience is customized for you!
At the end of our dinner when we thought it was impossible for it to get better, Jerry again surprised my wife with a strawberry panna cota on the house to sing happy birthday to her in Italian!!
