My order was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. My family has ordered from this store several times and each time it’s the same thing. One time it was over an hour late! The quality of the breadsticks has also gotten worse (not enough butter garlic sauce…like hardly any at all) Definitely not acceptable. Spend your money elsewhere!

Order with caution. Was disappointed for the second time of my food being overcooked. Called to ask if I ordered something wrong and the young lad told me that was normal? Then chuckled when I said I was disappointed. She could’ve cared less and said. “Ok. Have a good night.” Miss the days of businesses caring about the customer. They just lost this one.

We got in a bind on a field trip. We accidentally ordered our pizza from another Papa John’s on the wrong day. The other PJ would not even attempt to let us order pizzas for the right day. We called the PJ in Fairhope, and Beth Brooke accommodated us, made our pizzas in only 40 minutes, and made sure to give us the same deal! AMAZING customer service and the pizzas were delicious.

My family and I eat pizza far too much, usually 2 times a week. Normally I don’t have too much of an issue, but tonight was especially bad. At 6:38 I got the alert that my pizza was on the way, at 7:32 it arrived. That an entire hour in a pizza bag. Either the store wanted to make their times look better or my pizza was shoved in a car with 4+ deliveries. That’s a little hard to swallow, but the deeper hit, was that when he came to the door and had zero personality. I used to work in the food service and always tip 20%+. 20$ order and I tipped 6.00. Not a word said, just a shoulder shrug. No mask. No care. No customer service. Can’t treat multiple repeat customers that way.

Ordered a pizza to go. Order taker however asked for address! Clarified pickup and got a 20 – 25 minute ready time. Went to pick up and had to wait. Had to ask why. Lost order! Somehow the “box got knocked over.” What ever that meant. In addition the delivery person parked in handicap space. A very expensive ticket much less the lack of availability for someone qualified to use the space. Pizza was very good. We’ll be back.
