Tasty sandwiches, great for lunch. The steak & cheese with mushrooms is my fav. Fries are usually hot but could use some salt. Service is friendly but sometimes a fresh batch of fries takes a while.

Girl working the counter was extremely rude!!!ordered a reg and a lg ham and cheese they were pathetic for $27.99 no meat no sauce asked if sauce was supposed to come on it she said it was on it!! My hubbie was looking for a sandwich shop after leaving the state fair. We were hesitant at first due to the reviews and us being from out of town. Luckily the guy in thr front and the lady sandwich maker were both very nice and accommodating. We ordered the tubby famous and the chips and really enjoyed the sandwich. We will definitely be coming back before we head back to Texas. Thank you for a great experience and a clean environment. 🙂

I placed a large order for work at the last minute. The person that answered the phone was patient and friendly. He took the order and gave me an estimated time for delivery. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Each tub had the person’s name on it, which made it so easy to distribute

This place literally turns money away. My friend walked in to place an order but asked if she could use the bathroom first and he told her no and to order first. She really had to go to the bathroom and asked please and the man turned and walked into the back. She asked “really” and he yelled “BYE MAAM”. We left to go to the next closets bathroom and ordered there but she really wanted Tubbys. So she then called the store and asked if she had the right location the guy on the phone answers “Maybe”. What a horrible experience and horrible treatment from a place of business. This store probably only has 3 stars because you have to put a star. It will probably be closed soon unless it’s owner owns the building. I doubt this place has any customer values. The good thing is this treatment was given outright because I wouldn’t trust this place with any of my food. I’m so thankful I can weed this place out for catering an event we’re doing for kids which is sad because I support small and local businesses.

I paid for a Tubbys famous jumbo and unfortunately my sandwich was made completely wrong.. the double meat was all on one side of the sandwhich and made eating the meat half too greasy and saturated. Got to say I’ve had Tubbys more then the next guy this was a disappointment

I had high expectations with the ratings and especially the ratings of the Philly cheesesteak so I ordered that. First of all the meat was so dry and there was very very little cheese. It tasted like eating a sub with dry meat and onions. That was it. Won’t order again
*UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW** First of all you’re confused. It was a grub hub delivery and I didn’t dine in as your review suggests. Second of all the issue was DRY meat and there was only a very small amount of cheese on 1/4 of the sandwich so that’s your restaurants fault. A sub generally has cheese on the whole thing. Also with your review it’s amazing your still in business. I’ve never received such a ignorant response from an owner review in my life. You should take ownership of the fact that my sandwiches should have been a lot better than I received.
