Went there this past weekend with my family. Manager was rude and kicked us out of a section because it was reserved after a certain time. There was no sign up anywhere. The website says that they do not take reservations. Spoke with the manager after he made his college student employee break the news to us. When asking the manager respectfully why a sign was not posted, the manger said “there was one yesterday but someone took it down…” as an excuse for his unprofessionalism. Been going here for years and never have been treated like this.

Used to love this place. Came back for the weekend very excited, grabbed a spot under the pergola in on the patio with family, and was kicked out for “A reservation.” Google states “no reservations”, so this makes no sense looking back. Someone shoved me over, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the employees are rude. HORRIBLE!

Used to love this place. Patio was closed off for VIPs for a concert this weekend which I understand. However no signs or indications of such. When walking to the patio was physically grabbed by a young woman who worked there and told I needed a pass. Simply telling me so would have been more than sufficient no need for the reaction she gave. I understand it’s closed off and am happy to comply but don’t appreciate being grabbed and chastised for something they hadn’t marked! Could lead them to serious issues in the future. Sad to see how the owner (who was present at the time) has let such immaturity run the business. Recommend avoiding.

The scent of fresh leather makes you feel as though you’re walking into a Luchese store upon walking in. If there is such a thing as an upscale, country western college bar, this place is it. Furniture is brand new and the bar and tables are spotless. Waitstaff is super hospitable and $3.75 drinks don’t hurt

Located on the strip so it’s difficult to find parking but manageable if you ask around. This is a college aged bar with friendly patrons and at times loud. Wife and I stopped in here while traveling through. Wife had the cherry limeade drink which she is really enjoyed. I did taste it as well and I’m sure it has an after punch but I didn’t want to challenge it lol. Decent prices and good place to have a drink

Rudely questioned the validity of my roommate’s ID. Bouncer made multiple sarcastic comments. Once it checked out, we stayed for 3 minutes and didn’t spend a dime. I understand ensuring there are no minors on the premises, however you don’t have to lose customers by doing so.

You go here the Limey’s. And the atmosphere. Limey’s are Copper Penny’s adult limeades that come in 32 oz cups. Outstanding drink. Two pool tables, lots of TV’s and attentive bar tenders. Love going to Copper Penny.

The bouncer bent my North Carolina ID in half, would not give it back to me. Made me call the cops to verify my own ID, only to have them tell me the bar needed to call. When the cops came and verified my ID the bouncer said we weren’t allowed in because I was being rude (told him I wanted my valid ID back that he ruined). Will never be supporting or frequently this establishment ever again. I am 25 years old and have never been barred entry or kicked out of a bar in my life. Very disappointed.

The food was excellent! The quality of the food was delicious. It was the best burger I’ve eaten in a long time. The service was great. The architecture of the dining room makes the experience even more fun. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Not my kind of joint for the most part, but if you’re more of a good ol’ boy, you’ll dig the aesthetic and the vibe. The service is okay, pricing so-so. I think the only drink I’d ever order here is a limey. It’s what they’re known for and with good reason.
