Tasha The Chef is one of the Greatest Cooks in Tunica! She made a delicious meal for myself and provided my wife of the best Catfish dinners she’s ever had. Our server Fred went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Our experience was exceptional which ended with the Manager coming by to make sure that all is well. Great Job Guy Fieri’s (Tunica) !!!!!

While in the area, we couldn’t resist trying Guy Fieri’s renowned restaurant. The food was good, though it didn’t quite reach the ‘great’ mark. I ordered the catfish with cheese grits, and the catfish was absolutely delicious, served in generous portions with three large pieces. The cheese grits were tasty, but they could have used a bit more flavor to really stand out. The wings were good, but over-seasoned. Overall, we enjoyed everything we tried and didn’t encounter anything we disliked. We’d certainly consider visiting again when we’re in the area.

I tried to like this place ,but outside the cajun pasta, catfish and chicken wing’s,which ain’t great, the food is not good. Need’s a new menu or the items need to be prepared better. Been here several time’s now and tried different meal’s to write this review. Breakfast is better then the dinner menu by far. Last time I had the macaroni burger and it wouldn’t win an award against a McDonald’s big mac. The server’s are pleasant, just at time’s under- staffed. To be a Guy’s restaurant you would expect a certain emphasis on his flavor town food, but you get a fancy named hole in the wall serving terrible food. I wondered why it’s never busy and now I know why. Try at your own risk.

My wife and I joined guys last weekend the food took a little longer than expected but the customer service by the manager Robert Shindler was outstanding he stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us and emphasized and apologized for our wait you could see that. This gentleman genuinely cares about our guest experience we observed him talking to the others patrons and displaying the same care. At the end of our dinning Mr.Shindler surprised us with a 7 layer chocolate cake this made our night it was as such a delicious surprise thank you Robert for turning what could have been a bad experience into an excellent one Mr. Fieri Mr.Shindler is a keeper we will definitely be back to see him he even gave us his business card with his cell phone number on it and advised to call him if we ever needed anything special set up for at the table for our next visit. Thank You Robert

My husband and I dined at Guy’s for the first time last week. We had the pork chop special, which was delicious. Our server, Yolonda, provided excellent service. The manager, Robert, visited us several times to check on our experience. He was very kind to take multiple pictures and suggest fun photo opportunities within the restaurant. We will definitely return. Thank you for the great service and food.

New spot here so decided to give em a try for my sister birthday. Made a reservation and was greeted and seated right away. Wasn’t busy when we arrived. Our server Kimberly was very friendly and courteous. Food was ok but I feel like it was over priced. You’re paying for Guy’s name in my opinion. I ordered a Strawberry Margarita and the catfish dinner. Fish was hot but tad bit on the bland side. Margarita was not strong at all. My sis really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and I was told the nachos were really good. Overall I think it’s overpriced and overrated but the service was exceptional

Stopped in on a Tuesday evening for a good hamburger. The waitress was nice and explained the menu. I ordered a ($23) burger and fries. I could see the kitchen from my seat and noticed the cook was watching tv. After our order was put in, it took the cook 10 min. to start cooking our meal. Once plated, he put a basket up on the counter for the waitress to fill with fries that were in a bowl sitting under heat lamps.
The hamburger was sloppy and the fries were cold. I believe that the fries were fried in the same oil as the catfish as they tasted terrible. The hamburger had no flavor and almost tasted burnt.
What a disappointment to the Guy Fieri name.

Greeting was great. Server got to the table in a timely manner and brought us a cup of coffee pretty quickly. Then it just drops off. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles. Hand battered chicken strips, a cheddar and jalapeno cornbread waffle, siracha maple syrup, and maple butter. It sounded a little out of my usual comfort zone, but it’s Flavortown right?!? I was given two of the toughest chicken strips I have ever had. Like biting through rubber. Cornbread waffle? Nope. Just a mediocre waffle that would have been better from IHOP, and that is sad. Siracha Maple Syrup? Nope. Just some regular syrup that almost had a skin on it. Like a cheese dip that had sat too long. Maple butter? Nope. Just a couple hotel grade butter cups. Nothing was said by the server about all of these differences. Did I say something? Well I would have, but no one else came around. After the food was dropped the server never came back. Coffee refill? Nope. Hell, water refill?? Nope. Table beside us was obviously waiting for a ticket and getting frustrated. Did the server start paying attention after he got his ticket? Nope. We got to wait another 10 minutes for our ticket. Gave her my card, and yay another 10 minute wait. Gross, misleading, rude. We will never be back. I never do these reviews, but I hope someone that is curious reads it and saves their money. Go eat anywhere else.

We’ve been staying at the Horseshoe during the inclement weather, and we’ve dined at Guys several times. It definitely exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we got to know two of Guys’ employees, Sandra, our waitress, and Robert, the manager. They were incredibly friendly, remembering our names and genuinely showing that they cared. Thanks to both of them and the entire Guys staff, we had a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend Guys!

My wife and I decided to check out Guy Fieri’s new Tunica restaurant. Started with the trash can nachos and they were killer. They don’t stand upright very long and the waitress tries to get away before they fall over. I ordered the ribs with mac n cheese and my wife ordered the blackened New York strip. The strip steak was thin and overcooked (ordered med) but it tasted good. Her meal was brought out quickly. We had to remind the waitress 20 min after they bought out my wife’s meal that I was still waiting for mine. She threw up her arms and went to the kitchen and I waited another 15 minutes for the ribs. The ribs were very good. The mac and cheese wasn’t to my liking. Overall we had a good time and will go back one day. Almost forgot we got a slice of the 7 layer whiskey cake and it was very good
