4/25/24 Update – Their drive thru sign is still dilapidated. The menu insert is in place, but the housing is all jacked. It’s such a turnoff. My smoothie (Daily Warrior) was runny, thin, and missing ingredients today… . This is the ONLY smoothie king even remotely close. I simply do not understand why this owner does not take better care of his business and structure. Their computer system does scan the app now, so that’s a positive.
Original – This store is declining quickly. The drive thru menu has been broken and partly missing for months. Their computer system is always broke and doesn’t scan the app for payments. The paint is fading on the store. It takes nearly 15 – 30 minutes to go through the line (even if there are no other vehicles in front of you).
This store is clearly mismanaged and has little interest from the owner.

We arrived at the Orange location at 8:50. Had to honk the horn for the person to come on the speaker. We went to order and she kept repeating we close in 5 minutes. So we tried to place our order and she said it would take longer than usual since they had put everything up already! Needless to say we didn’t stay where we weren’t wanted. Won’t go back again. If your hours are until 9:00 you should take customer a until 9!

VERY RACIST! I ordered through the drive thru and had not one, but TWO Caucasian females ignore me and look at each other all while laughing at me as I waived them down the window to please take my order. One was HEAVY SET. Those employees need to be fired ASAP. This happened 12/04/2024 at 6PM I will be calling corporate. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, Very RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

Ordered a blue/raspberry smoothie. Took 20 minutes to make. When i took a sip I noticed the flavor was off. After a few more sips I realized the smoothie had peanuts in it. I don’t think the young man working realized/had been trained how potentially dangerous this could be for someone with a peanut allergy.
