The best local dining experience of cheesy homemade loveliness. Don’t know of any other places you can hike down Pikes Peak on your birthday with a bag of wild mushrooms and herbs and have them made into a pizza that very same day. The chef is a mycologist himself, good vibes all around!

1000/10 would recommend to a friend! The best pizza I have had in all of Colorado. Staff and owner were super friendly. Sourdough crust made from scratch that morning, the cheese pull was Instagram-worthy, and the sauce left the most delicious taste in my mouth- I didn’t want to eat anything else for hours. Huge collection of nostalgic vhs movies on display brought a laid-back, cozy atmosphere. Perfect for both families or couples on a casual nights out. Also, shockingly low prices. We got three slices of pizza and paid $8 out the door. I cannot talk this place up enough!!!

Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had. It is so light and fresh. The pizza drips the oil they use in the sauce.
You can easily reheat in oven and it tastes as if you got it that day. Owner was so kind and gave us their last already made pepperoni pizza that I think he was going to cut into slices to sell. Even didn’t charge us for the green peppers we wanted to add and they heated them up for us. Such wonderful and genuine people!

What a great find! Reviews were all 5 stars, and they are 10 stars.
It was a short walk up from town and worth every step. Restaurant is small with a couple of tables and chairs, but why not sit in one of the nearby parks and enjoy the outdoors?
We got the added pleasure during our visit to speak with one of the owners and their mother. Shared stories about the business, Manitua area, and where we lived.
The pizza was amazing, and I have had my share of pizzas. There were 2 unique features of this pizza.The first was hand-made sour dough crust and how thin it was. I usually don’t eat the pizza crust b/c it is all bread and fills you up. The pizza and toppings went to the edge, and I ate every bit of it. Second was the red sauce. Fresh pieces of garlic and the right amount of sauce that didn’t over take the flavor of the toppings.
I know it is away from downtown but you have to go there. We are already looking forward to our return trip when the Aspens start to turn.
Checked the box, and I’ll be back.

The owner is super cool and down to earth, the pizza was great and freshly prepared in less than 25 mins. We really enjoyed it and the price wasn’t bad. Highly Recommend!

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. This tiny treasure of a pizza place is wonderful. I would eat here at least once per week. We got a red pie with mushrooms and Pueblo chilies. The crust is fantastic- and all the ingredients taste like they came from a farmers market. I’m so glad we were able to finally try this place.
