The worst service! We ordered dinner from here and an HOUR went by a without any update or delivery even though it said a 30 minute estimated delivery time. I call the store and it’s been ready for 20 minutes or more just sitting in a window waiting for door dash. I canceled my order and will not order from here ever again. Door dash sucks, I deleted the app from my phone because I’ve had issues in the past.

between the difficulty ordering on the app, not having options on the app to do my ordering, having to call the store and cancel my order because it did not accept my promo code, then having to place another order, the second time I placed my order it marked it for carry out instead of delivery so I had to drive to the store, I am officially never eating at this Pizza Hut again because of the difficulty with the app and ordering and then calling the store and waiting over 10 minutes. the employee was very nice though I can understand how difficult it must be working with the system that doesn’t work
