I am going to give this restaurant five stars overall because the food was so amazing for a small mountain down in the center of Colorado. Who would think that a restaurant could serve such an eclectic menu and do all the dishes so well.
We decided to order the Mango Tango roll and then try the Arroz Chaufa a peruvian rice dish with chicken. The sushi roll was very flavorful and skillfully prepared. The combination of of crab, mango and avocado make a delicious treat.
The Peruvian Rice was very tasty but it would be hard to distinguish it from a Chinese fried rice. I looked up the recipe when I got back to my room, and that is exactly how it is made in Peru. It was very tasty, the chicken was tender and I cleaned the plate.
On the service, our waitress was inefficient and not that strong. There was a lot of room for improvement but I am going to hope that this is a single person issue as I saw everyone else in the restaurant working very hard.
The atmosphere is casual and cozy. We sat in the sushi bar side of the restaurant and it had a comfortable environment. For a spot right off the highway in Buena Vista, I could eat here many times working through the menu.

What a nice addition to BV dining! We’ve needed this place! The menu is an odd mix of sushi and South American food, but well done. We chose the South American arepas, empanadas and traditional Ecuadorian encebollado, all of which were very similar to what we’ve had in South America. Right here in BV! Give this place a try!

This sushi place is LEVELS above any other sushi place I’ve been to! The presentation is gorgeous and the sushi rolls are to-die-for. The dynamite roll is a meal in itself! I wish I lived in BV just so I could eat here more often. Icing on the experience was Victor and the sushi chef – very accommodating, kind, and very funny!

Went there for dinner last night and again for breakfast for father’s day. The food is amazing from their sushi and Latin cuisine, breakfast was awesome as well I had a waffle with fruit and I could only eat half. The service is spot on.

I was very skeptical with going here. But man it changed my mine when they brought the food out. It wad amazing. And for a sushi place in a small mountain town, so good. Definitely will be going back.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! We walked up and down Main St looking for a restaurant but all had ridiculous wait times and not even great menus. When we were heading back to our rental when we saw this restaurant and we were so glad we did! The extensive menu can be daunting but now we’re glad it was. My husband had the Columbian burger and I had the Beef with large egg noodles both were absolutely delicious! Great service! Jalapeno margarita was deliciously spicy! Next time we will have the sushi for sure.

They are always very polite, quick and efficient. Even their Togo orders come beautifully plated. I have no complaints it’s a great restaurant. I had already dug in before I snapped the picture.
