This restaurant is hurting. I ordered a footlocker sub and service was good but options few. Dollar amount was good but sandwich needs improved. Place looked like it needed help. First time here so I don’t know the big picture honestly. Not a bad review but just trying to get more customer service to help this community, I think they can be better if they had a chance.

The people that complain about this place are probably never happy or satisfied about anything. I’ve been ordering pizzas from them since I moved here a little over a year ago and it’s always been delicious! With that being said, don’t listen to the whiners. I make a killer pizza from scratch and theirs has always been just as good. If you have ever had the pleasure to have Vesuvios pizza, I put it right up there with theirs.

Edwardsburg pizza at its finest. The staff are very respectful, attentive, and on their game. The overall experience with this pizzeria is terrific. Their delivery driver is on point. That dude was at my front door with the pizzas cheese still cooking on it. Shout out to Josh, the delivery driver. That kid is the reason the last two stars are tacked onto this review. Hey, Papa’s pizzeria, give that guy a raise! All in all, you want a pizza and a happy rest of your evening, this is the place to get it!!

Definitely not worth the drive or the money. We like to try different places, and we will not return here. The food was poor quality. One of our pizzas was missing the bacon, and there was a hair baked into the pizza crust of the other. There was no manager avaliable to speak to. The only good thing about this place is the young man that was trying to do his best.

After moving to the area from the Chicago suburbs, we struggled to find a great pizza place—until we discovered Papa’s! Their custom pizzas are fantastic, and they always accommodate our special requests. The calzones are are also a great choice. As a bonus, you can stop next door for some ice cream to complete your meal. Highly recommend!

There was a hair in the dough yesterday and they just called to resolve this. Then was told one thing then another thing. Then when i went in to get money back for the pizza asked for manager and the kid said he would take care of me and would not get the manager.

Picked up my go-to Papas Special extra sauce Sunday night. Same great taste but Papas LITE. I thought the box felt a bit light, when I got home and opened it was real light on toppings. Small bits and few of them. Looked like a Pizza Hut combo. Hoping it was just a bad night?

I order a pepperoni pizza and I got home and opened the box and there was very few pieces of pepperoni. Then I looked at the menu price and they charged me about $7 more than the menu price.
