My family and I just had a horrible experience at this ice cream store.
We came to try this place, and the guy who works there came from the back and was extremely rude to my mother when she did not like an item she picked from the menu. After spending over 26 dollars, he was disrespectful and acted as if she was wrong for not liking it. He also refused to replace it with something that suited her better.
They use water to make the ice cream, so what is the big deal? You do not gain new business by refusing to accommodate new customers. It was a waste of time and money, and it honestly felt like the guy had a stigma against Black people.
Never again.

Their ice cream is just okay. Their sorbets are more icy than smooth. We bought this blackberry smoothie (licuado). It had ZERO flavor. We told the girl working it wasn’t good and she said, “yes I know. You’re not the first person to say that. It’s just the way we make it.” :/ Don’t spend $8.50 on their tasteless “fruit” smoothies .

Awesome spot for Mexican sweets and snacks. We loved the crazy nachos and paletas. The cheesecake burrito was really good. Only spot I’ve seen that has agua frescas with boba. The strawberry and mango agua frescas are really refreshing. Have to come to try the rest of their huge menu.

Felt a little drop in quality or may be because of location. We used to go to cary and we really liked that. Tried burrito which was really good. Mangonada felt like more raw. But overall a decent place to try and see if things change.

The ice cream was good. They have a wide range of flavors to choose from. I got strawberry, my roommate got banana (she didn’t like hers as much). The music was super loud, and the ice cream was too pricey. Also the caramel tasted weird like it was old or something. But what I disliked most is that they didn’t scrape/clean the tray after preparing each batch of ice cream rolls.

This place has fallen in quality and service. I went there with my friend and we were so excited to try the different ice cream flavors, but we could not get service. The young girl waited on a person behind us and didn’t even acknowledge us being in the room. I spoke to the person waiting at the cash register and she told me that she was waiting for somebody to take her money.
They had three different people working and not busy .This place has all the great bones, but unfortunately it’s missing when it comes to service!

As always, the treats here are delicious!
I ordered a strawberry aqua fresca and a fruity pebbles popsicle and wasn’t left disappointed. They have so many wonderful and delicious looking things to choose from.
I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other menu items!

Their ice cream is alright, but it lacks flavor and tastes very bland, not as sweet as ice cream from other places. Additionally, it is overpriced and not even fresh. Writing this review so that they can add little bit more flavor to their ice cream.

Got our ice cream order wrong after pointing to the specific ice cream was given the incorrect one didn’t realize it until we were eating it .. music is so loud can barely hear the employees responses. They seem very slow compared to the heavy traffic they get in here should definitely get quicker employees. They just seem lost like they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m surprised this place is busy as it is the menu has potential but from what I’ve ordered when I come here. I don’t see what the hype is about.
