Here for a conference at TMP, I wanted a house burger and boy this place was on point! Of course, I had to bring my Serrano pepper from home, which is my touch. Love the service, very friendly.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. I went for breakfast and really enjoyed myself; not a huge selection like some other breakfast buffets but the food was good.

Let’s just start by saying I had a party of 10 people.
And we showed up 10 minutes before they closed
After a very short, honest conversation, the woman from Mississippi and the other woman from the uppers graciously sat down for the full course breakfast
It was unanimous, across-the-board, all 10 people voted 9 1/2 on the delicious waffles, the fresh custom made omelettes scored 10 The gal that took care of us at our table. I wish I remembered her name, but she was just kind and helping with whatever we needed and we did not feel rushed.
So high all the way around and a shout out to Mike and Ron who gave us a short education on this Hyatt being ranked number 18 in the world and they were correct so I’ll bump it to 17 in the world
Thank you for taking care of my family and friends, who all competed in the rock ‘n’ roll half marathon today You made our stay in Tempe Arizona complete.

Nice polite service. They did forget to mention that the buffet was shutting down 10 minutes after they seated us. Which would explain the food on the buffet being cold. It wasn’t till after we were just getting back with our first plate that it was shutting down. Very disappointed in the staff for not making us aware of this before we were seated. You would think a 4star place would have their act together better than this.

Excellent vegan tostada to go! The waitress also went above and beyond by making sure they would not get shuffled around by presenting them secured in a strong container. Excellent job on the food and the presentation!

As a family we try to come here when everyone is in town. The food has always really delicious and their breakfast buffet is SOOOOOO good!!!
Today happened to be a day everyone was in Tempe, some even from the other side of the world, and and I called them about getting in. Even though they were scheduled to close at 10:30am I explained we could not be there until 11am and they kept the buffet open for the 7 of us. They were all very nice and made sure we had such a great experience with them. I still can’t believe that they stayed so late with us and were only focused on providing the absolute BEST service they could! We never felt rushed and it really made our time together as a family so special!
Thanks to everyone that worked hard and stayed hours late to make our day AMAZING!

Food was good. A big thank you to the lady cooking omelets – they are great. Bacon had a home smoked taste that I can’t find in the stores. Only issue was the fried potatoes were cold both mornings.
