I had the fried shrimp with slaw and garlic fries. The shrimp was really good and I got some buffalo sauce on the side. The slaw and fries were also good.
The waitress did a really good job and making sure I was good and didn’t need anything.
If Im back in the area, I will difinately come back.
The atmosphere was great and they had a lot of television around the restaurant.
Great job!
Came back a couple nights later and my husband enjoyed the fish and chips. Fish had a great batter and crunch and cooked perfectly.
I had the chicken sandwhich with tots. Tots were great and the ranch is really good!
Would not get the chicken sandwich again. Nothing stand out about it but I wanted to try something other than the burger.
We also liked that you can just come in and find a table. There was live entertainment on our second visit which was nice and not too loud you couldn’t still enjoy your company.
We will be back and love having an option where we don’t have to drive over a mountain!
The vibe is pretty good, lots of taps and pretty active for 5:00 on a Saturday.
To have so many taps, it was pretty disappointing that the selection was pretty plebeian. Being in the beer business for many years, I am certainly aware that there are far fewer beer geeks than there were in past years, but you’d think there are still enough to have one or two featured high end beers for the customers. Their distributors have plenty on offer.
Now to the food. I’d heard good things about the chicken nachos and we’re always looking for good nachos, so we tried those. I don’t expect much from nachos, just some warm fresh chips, a decent amount of cheese and, in this case, a decent handful of chicken. Oh, and for $16 I expect a pretty healthy serving. Well, these were a fail on all counts. The serving was super skimpy, the chips were room temperature at best, there were only 3 slices of jalapeno, the cheese (I assume it was cheese, but it was more like a cheese sauce) was minimal and only touching about 15% of the chips, and there was about 10 small chunks of grilled chicken on the serving. Add a little sour cream and lackluster salsa and you have, well, not much to like.
The service was very good, so high marks for that!
