The Buffalo Wild Wings located at Valley View. Looking at the reviews I see alot of bad reviews. My experience was a little better. Went their for lunch and was seated promptly. The waitress was friendly enough. I had the boneless blazing hot, and honey bbq. They both were good and the blazing hot did have some kick.

Atmosphere great, parking lot decently lit up. I had ordered a head and giving it over 30 minutes to get here place looks beautiful staff are friendly but the food took forever to get to me even after waiting 30 minutes as you can see in the pictures and ungodly amounts of to go orders just sitting there under their new screen thing showing that it was cooking not that it was ready they’re going to need to work on this place some pictures included.

UNACCEPTABLE LONG WAIT, RUDE STAFF, BAD MANAGEMENT.
SERVICE: Terrible service. LONG WAIT for nothing.
We arrived at 6 pm, ordered our food . One hour after our drinks were served, waited for another hour no food were served. We witnessed multiple diners just gave up, werent able to wait any longer and just left the restaurant.
Waited for more minutes, but it seems management is not foing anything about the long wait so we decided to leave. Clearly poor management.
More baffling is that the hostess kept accepting walkins, the fact that its very obvious that the whole staff were already overwhelmed.
The server is very unapologetic too.
Looking at the reviews, it seems that the management has consistently failed to improve and experience has been a recurring disappointment.

We come in several times a month on Thursday for the deal on the boneless wings. We have probably had every waiter or waitress several times, some being better than others. However, there was one young lady that always seemed to be working harder than anyone else around. We never had her! When others were standing around, she was cleaning. I told my wife that she was was probably highly requested and her area was most likely full every time. This past week, we were finally able to have her! My daughter and I came in and sat near the takeout counter. We had Laura and she was hands down the best server we’ve ever had at your restaurant. We will always ask for her from here on. She is amazing! My daughter has some social anxiety, but Laura was so friendly and warm, it put her at ease. You have a gem in this employee!

We stopped by the restaurant today specifically to watch the college playoff selection. When we walked in they had all the TVS set to NFL so we asked if they could change one. We were told that we could change it to whatever we want. So we sat down requested the change. No one changed it for a while. We got our food and then the manager came over and said that they couldn’t change the TV because they were set to NFL (the games don’t start until 1 and it was 12- and there are a lot of TVS!) The burgers we got were burnt. They smashed them a little too much and left them too crispy to eat. We talked to the manager about both issues and he basically said there was nothing he could do. Not a very good manager! I told him to charge us for the drinks and one burger at least since we only took a couple bites from our burgers. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service at a restaurant. The waitress was kind and we did tip her for the full amount of the bill. Definitely do not recommend!

I put in a To go order for a burger, loaded stuffed tots, and the 20 wing and fries deal. I arrived about 25 minutes after ordering as the eta was 20 minutes. When I got inside there were a few people waiting, there were a bunch of tickets printed and sitting on the to go counter, but I knew something was wrong when the women was taking our names on a paper. She said she would rush the orders. I’m not sure what happened before I got there to back everything up, but never got an explanation. The dining room was about half full when I got there on a Saturday afternoon. I waited while new to go orders showed up and got their food and the 3 people who were with me at the arrival slowly got their food. About 8 to go orders or so went out while I waited. At about the 30 minutes mark of waiting, about 55 minutes after ordering, I was apologized to and they explained the loaded tots had been made but were lost. I ended up getting my food and back to my car 50 minutes after arrival, or 55 minutes after their ETA. Normally I assume the ETA is bogus and doesn’t reflect when it’s busy. But it wasnt busy.
I got home and wanted to be fair so we checked the foods temperature right away, I live ten minutes away. I was worried since they reportedly had to re do the tots that meant everything else was going to be sitting for 30 minutes. Well everything was reasonably warm except the wings. The entire point of the restaurant.
I hasn’t eaten Bdubs for probably a year or two since they became so expensive. But figured I’d give the new one a shot since it had been open for a couple months or longer at this point. The wet sauce wings weren’t even fully coated.
Thank you to the to go counter women who was polite throughout the time. But something is wrong with the process.

We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on December 12 around 2:00 PM, and it was not busy at all, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.
I dropped my boyfriend off so I could go to Valley View Mall for a few minutes.
He was seated and then completely ignored for over 20 minutes before anyone even asked if he had been helped. After finally getting a server, he waited another 15 minutes just for a drink.
When I arrived to join him, it somehow got even worse. I had to get someone to get my drink order after waiting about fifteen minutes.
I waited 35 minutes for a drink. During that time, our server went to the bartender twice and came back both times saying “it’s on its way.” It never came. After 35 minutes, I finally told her to forget it entirely.
We also ordered an appetizer. It showed up 45 minutes later, at which point we sent it back and told them we were done and leaving. Incredibly, they then tried to bring the appetizer back to us again while we were waiting for our check — after we had already canceled it and said we were leaving.
Even paying was a chore. We had to track down the server just to get our check so we could leave. We had a 2-hour drive ahead of us, and this place had already wasted more than enough of our time.
To make matters worse, the people seated beside us told us they were having the same terrible experience and encouraged us to leave a review — they said they were doing the same because this location is consistently awful.
This was hands-down one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Slow, disorganized, inattentive, and completely unacceptable — especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy.
We will never return to this location, and we strongly recommend others avoid it altogether. TERRIBLE!!

Placed an online pickup order only to have to wait for 40 minutes past the time of pickup then when I got the food home(which is only a 5 minute drive) I opened the food to find it all not even remotely warm. And my wings looked dry and disgusting anyways. Last time I order from this location.

My family and I have given this location a try 3 different times since they moved out of the mall and it’s sucked every time. Last night was the last straw though. We were seated and then sat for 20 minutes and no one ever came to our table. I asked the host if he knew where our server was and he said, I’m so sorry, I’ll go get her. He went in the back and then came back out. Ten minutes later, still no one. We left and drove across town to the Tanglewood location. Tanglewood was fantastic as it usually is. I’m done with Valley View. What a poorly managed joke.

I went tonight and it took about 5 min to seat us then 15 min passed with no waiter stopping by our table ao i had to flag someone down. What took the cake was when I got my meal which was strert taco i had a couple long blonde hairs in my street tacos. The lady just took them and came back said we will remake and not charge I said I didnt want anything else. I was grossed out. No manager came by to apologize and the waitress just took off for the tacos. The food overall was cold as if it was sitting there before we got it. I spent $80 on garbage. Never will I go back. The service there is horrible.
