The sushi here was kinda subpar buuuut we went for there experience of the revolving sushi and that was super awesome! We made a reservation so there was no wait and the staff was very friendly. Each plate was around $3.50ish so not bad but we did end up running up quite a tab. All in all, great for a rare experience but thats about all.

All around 4 stars for me, this is a cool experience if you’ve never been to a revolving sushi bar. Robots bring your drinks to you and all sushi is displayed on the conveyor belt and you just pop a tray if you decide that’s what you want. A bit pricey considering there is places that do all you you can eat sushi for 20$ however it was fresh and had many options. I was clean and had multiple deserts and if You aren’t saying what you’re hoping to get. You can just put in a quick order and it will come right to you, I enjoyed myself and this will definitely be something we will do again

Food is good and all the staff were friendly and attentive. You can order on the touchpad if you’re not able to find anything on the conveyor belt. Food came out fast from the kitchen as well. Serving size is small, though similar with the other Kura locations that we’ve tried in Japan and Taiwan, however the price here in the U.S. is more expensive compared to abroad. So keep that in mind as it can definitely add up fast.

Fun place for the whole family. Good selection of sushi and good tasting fish and rice. Drinks are delivered via a robot. Pretty much the whole experience was automated, which was nice. Unlike other revolving sushi, restaurants, all the dishes here were three dollars. You could also order anything off the menu and it gets delivered via conveyor belt.

Fresh and fun! ⭐️ Since discovering Kura Revolving Sushi Bar we have given up on our old favorite revolving sushi restaurant at Desert Ridge.
The freshness of fish both sashimi and cooked rolls cannot be beat. Vegetables are fresh and the sauces are made in house. The wasabi at Kura is the only wasabi that does not taste bitter or too pungent; it is mild and earthy with a bit of spice. Staff are attentive and friendly- Guilan is an absolute gem, she makes us smile and goes the extra mile with service. Darion is super attentive, always on top of keeping our table space clutter free. There’s a gal with glasses and red in her hair (I forget her name) who is consistently friendly and quick to meet our needs.
If you opt for something not on the revolving belt, ordering from the touchscreen screen is simple. Drinks are brought by a robot and the little prizes for plate return is a fun touch. If sushi isn’t your thing they have phenomenal ramen and an array of traditional appetizers to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.

I was so excited when this opened in Scottsdale as we ate at several of these locations in Japan. Obviously the sushi is a bit different and more expensive but overall close to the same experience which is why we love Kura.
The rolls were good, my favorite was the crispy rice with snow crab mayo. I definitly want to go back and try the ramen and Taiyaki.
My main frustration was that I couldn’t order water or any drink for that matter on the iPad. So I scanned the QR code for the menu – drinks of course aren’t on that menu. We flagged down a waiter and he said he would be back – never came back. So I went up to the register to let them know our iPad wasn’t working and we just wanted water, she said give her a few minutes. 10 minutes later, still no water. We’re now 20+ minutes and 5 plates of sushi in without any drinks. So I flag down a third person and she put in our waters and finally get our drinks delivered from the little robot. Please just put drink machines out so we can serve ourselves.

Sushi is delicious – and ordering versus waiting for the turntable equates to the same quality and taste. I wish there were more circulating during lunch time around 3 pm or so, but still a decent selection. Staff is friendly and attends table well, but lacks a certain touch of regular dining. Atmosphere is what you’d expect, nothing special, except that it was really clean and much appreciated. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back

Went to Kura Sushi recently and had such a good time! The food is always fresh and fun to grab off the conveyor belt, and the selection keeps things exciting. The rolls were tasty, and I loved how easy it was to order extra items straight from the screen.
Big shoutout to our server Thomas — he was super friendly, checked in often, and made sure we had everything we needed. He explained how the system worked for anyone new at the table and was just overall really helpful.
Between the good food, the fun atmosphere, and great service, I’ll definitely be back again soon.
