Welp. I used to really like this Five Guys between about a year ago and six months ago. But the last three visits have been a steady slide downhill… and not a subtle one.
The last few times, the fries were undercooked. Tonight they were also severely under-seasoned. On top of that, my “Regular” Cajun fries order contained so few fries I could practically count them on one hand. When I mentioned it to the clerk, he wasn’t rude—but he also didn’t exactly seem thrilled that I noticed.
The bun has also taken a mysterious turn. It’s pale and tastes as if Walmart’s most economical bread option had been returned, microwaved twice, and then gently placed on top of the burger.
The bacon quality has slipped too. The best way I can describe it is… cardboard with ambition.
Look — I’m not expecting perfection every single time. Everyone has an off night. Maybe even two. But three visits in two months, each worse than the last, starts to feel less like bad luck and more like a trend.
We gave it three fair shots. For now, we’ll probably give it a break and hope the version of this place we used to enjoy makes a comeback.

Worst service delivery ever! Ordered thru Uber Eats and I asked for lettece, pickles, onions and mustard and when it was delivered, it had ketchup all over it!
Very bad customer service when I called they said there was nothing they could do!
Now nothing for dinner because this awful place delivered my meal wrong!
Never again!

I spent $60 to have my fries thrown in my bag everywhere. Wth does that? This is my first and last time coming here. My fries were cold and not great at all. The burger was okay but worth the price.

I ordered my food with 2 large fries. Normally you get extra fries (for the huge price, not really extra) in the bag with the fries. What I got was just two fries, almost full, nothing extra (see picture). I went back and told them and had to actually order more fries to get enough for the family. Then while is waiting for my food, the staff handling the food was touching the cash register and their phones. Seems like a total health violation. I’d avoid this 5 Guys unfortunately. As I came to write this review, I read all the other reviews. Everyone having problems with this 5 Guys. I hope the franchise steps in to protect their name and get this place running like the others. Super disappointed after spending $75 for four burgers and a couple of fries (no drinks).

Ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with customized grilled onions, mushrooms and beef patty, along with their cajun fries. The sandwich was so delicious and fulfilling, while their fries are always renowned and didn disappoint either. The extra fries at the bottom of the bag, truly seals the deal. The service wasn’t up to the mark with some of the people just confused and taking a lot of time to complete the orders. Nonetheless, hoping to visit again soon!

My husband and I are a fan of five guys, it is go to spot for a good burger. Today I came in and had a gift card that wasnt working online, so I came in to place my order. Caleb was the one who took my order and was very sweet and friendly when I asked him about the gift card. He definitely went out of his way to get it right, and those things don’t go un noticed. So props and high fives around for Caleb.

Omg , I go in this store atleast once a week & EVERYTIME IT IS 10000/10 , fresh always quick service excellent customer service. Please yall idk about delivery but if you have time to come here walk here however just get here lol. It is delicious!!! Keep up the great work!

Today I ordered two medium fries and two veg burgers, they just gave fries like not more than 10 pieces , we use to go five guys in Boston and they give more fries . But today we experienced very bad with high price. I don’t recommend this five guys shop anymore .
I asked that person, is this correct order? They confirmed that’s it . Two people can eat full meal with this price .
