Jin and her daughter are amazing. I had a great conversation and a great meal. I love miso so I had to try the miso bowl and takoyaki since I’ve never had it. So good! Don’t hesitate to try takoyaki, it’s a can’t miss treat.

An absolute ramen paradise in Findlay! Not only was the food delish and fresh but the place itself was spotless. Every detail, from the plating to the carry out bag, was a feast for the eyes. A dining experience that hits all the senses. Please consider adding a tofu dish to the menu
The Dubai chocolate drink had tapioca pearls which we didn’t expect but it was still great nonetheless.

I’m so happy to have a ramen shop in the area!!
My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. We’ve been looking forward to this place opening for a while, now.
I ordered the miso ramen with spicy seasoning added, and she ordered the tom yum with extra spice. I ordered the mango jasmine boba tea, and my wife ordered the pineapple oolong. I also got an order of gyoza.

First off – the kiosk is super convenient. I do wish there was an option to remove certain things from your order, but it’s not a huge deal.

I really like the casual feel of the place, and the prices for a ramen shop are lower than I expected.

Now to the food and drink –

The gyoza was very good. Perfectly crispy and very flavorful. I’m not a sauce expert, but I would guess it’s purchased and not made there. Still good, though.

My boba, the mango jasmine, was very good. It’s a little on the sweeter side, so it’s a good choice if that’s what you want.
My wife’s boba, the pineapple oolong, was delightful. There are pineapple bits in it, in case that’s an issue for you. I very much preferred the flavor of hers over my own. It’s much less sweet than the mango, very bright and ever so slightly tart.

My ramen, the miso with spicy seasoning, was very tasty. I personally would have preferred a bit more miso flavor to the broth, but “strong broth” is an option you can choose when ordering. The egg was perfect, and the noodles were just slightly al dente so they don’t go to mush as you eat, which was excellent. The chashu (pork) was very flavorful, although I did get a couple pieces that had a very slight burnt flavor to them, but not off-putting. I love the wood ear mushrooms they put in it as well. Overall, the miso ramen was very good. If you want a milder flavor and don’t like much spice, this is an excellent choice. Just get strong broth if you really want that miso flavor.

My wife’s ramen, the tom yum, was incredible. The broth was bright and spicy and so delicious. I didn’t try them, but she said the shrimp were slightly overcooked but very very tasty. This one also had the lovely wood ear mushrooms. There were plenty of fish cakes in it as well, which were big and chewy and delicious. I will absolutely be ordering this bowl next time, as I felt a bit of food envy when I tried it.

To be perfectly honest, yes, I’ve had better ramen. But not for that price, and not just down the road. This place is very new, and I only see their food getting better as the staff gets more experience and they get more feedback from the community. We will absolutely be back!

Side note – the sesame seeds don’t really fit through the holes in the shakers they have on the tables. I had to take the lid off to get them out.

Absolutely incredible, I have no notes. The broth is ridiculously flavorful (I got the Classic Black Garlic Chashu Pork Ramen) and the Boba was really sweet. The bowls and cup were made of a hard plastic and were sturdy enough that I noticed! They’re putting a ton of effort into this place and I can’t wait to see what they do with it. Phenomenal opening!

Try the Egg rolls! I have NEVER had a sauce pair so perfectly with an egg roll, usually it completely overwhelms the dish!

My husband is a football coach and he eats with the team on Thursdays, so I usually treat myself that day, so he doesn’t have dishes and can get some sleep before his game (dishes are his chore). I ordered on door dash and picked it up. I had my order set up before I went grocery shopping, so when I came back out to my car I could press send and head straight from Walmart. I wasn’t too sure if they did warm Thai tapioca tea or not, so I put a note in to asking if they could make it warm if possible. By the time I got there, it my order was ready. And I was greeted we lovely smiles from both the girl at the counter and the chef who made my food. He went to the back to grab my order; while handing me a sweet new bag, – that I will be using as a new lunch box because it’s so fancy – he told me, “I made your tea as warm as possible,” Being that it was in a plastic cup. He continued, “it might not taste right because I couldn’t get it as hot as I normally would if it was a different drink.” Let me tell you, I was already pleasantly pleased he was able to make it hot for me, but I was absolutely elated when I got in the car and tasted it. It was possibly the best warm boba I have ever put in my mouth. The ramen was delicious! And the egg roll was possibly the best egg roll I have ever eaten, and I don’t normally like egg rolls because you never know what kind of quality you’re going to get. I will be coming back and recommendeding it to all of my friends. Don’t hesitate this place has some taste food!

Just ate here for a quick stop traveling. First and foremost it was very good. A lot of depth on their flavors. I’m not experienced in Ramen so I’m not sure how it might compare. But from someone who is very serious about my own culinary endeavors.. it was fresh well balanced bright and really enjoyable. Nothing over or under within the Ramen bowl. Plenty of food.. served very hot and fast if speed of service is a thing for you all. Worth the visit. I’ll be heading back when in the area. You like Ramen? Yeah probably worth it to you. I will hit up another Ramen spot in the future

This place was excellent! The ramen was really good. My daughter said that she wished that there was more chocolate and pistachio butter on the Dubai drink so it would make a louder crack. The coconut and taro boba was also very delish, and I highly recommend it!
