Over a week ago on January 13th I ordered a pickup order at 7:26pm. The app said they close at 8pm. I was able to order no problem so we could pick it up after our plane landed. We got off the plane at 7:38 and arrived at the stand around 7:40. The employees said that they closed early and the manager left. No food and no refund. I was told to call the store the next day to speak to a manager. I’ve called about 15 times and ever get through to anyone. The employees were no help and were laughing and having a great time in the back. I’ve also emailed subway support and have yet to receive any response. Basically they stole $30 from me by allowing us to order but not providing the product. I would recommend anyone thinking about going to this subway to walk to terminal B and go to chick fila, they respect their customers and would not close early. Don’t bother with subway. I’ll now be fighting with with my credit card because I am not allowing them to take my money and not provide anything in return.

I’ve ordered a coffee here once and it was nasty.
Today I ordered after just landing at 6pm. Ordered a $16 footlong club with “more” of several condiments/toppings. It was ready on time which was a plus. As I picked it up it was SO LIGHT. Super skimpy. I swear the bread is half the width that it was years ago. The meat was like nonexistent. Basically no subkrunch, 5 TINY slices of tomato, no marinara which I had asked for, so on and so forth. I had asked for it toasted which should have melted the cheese.. unmelted shredded cheese on a sandwich is gross. Of course I ate it because I wasn’t above to completely waste my money.
I’m never sure if this location is open. I feel like the employees are always hiding. The atmosphere is always super stale and they were already closing off over half the tables at 6:20 pm..
Nothing says welcome home like shitty food and customer service. Cincinnati’s fast food franchises are THE WORST.
If you’re arriving in Cincinnati, go to potbelly’s. They are SO much better and half the price.

I arrived early in the morning at the Airport Subway in CVG, and Lucas along with the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. They even gave us helpful advice on how to earn points for our meals while flying Southwest. I truly appreciated the great service.

If I could give this location no stars I would. I went to this subway three days ago on February 3rd having 20 mins to spare for my next fight and I was a bit hungry. There were about five or six customers before me but only one person preparing the orders. Since I was in a bit of a rush I approach her to ask if their was anyone else who can take orders and she said it was only her and the GM available but the GM did not like making sandwiches. She ask if I could wait a bit longer and she will help me as soon as she could. I look to the other side of the lobby and notice their was another worker just sitting there playing on her phone (I assumed this was the GM) this really upset me so I just decided to leave since I no longer had time to get my food. I will no longer be retuning to this location the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If anyone is reading these reviews- Please teach your employees in having better customer service!

OMG!!! I’m at the Cincinnati Airport. It’s early morning and I see Subway. Thinking I would just grab a delicious breakfast flatbread there (and coffee and water elsewhere), I was told by the worker that not only was the coffee really good, but beats the other coffee shops at the airport with pricing…A great tip (saving me time and energy)* I would definitely be doing this way each time I travel from now on!!!!

My worst experience at a subway. Wouldn’t recommend buying food here. Employees seem to not interested in serving customers and subs are made by in the sloppiest way possible. The guy making sub actually put sweet onion when I was asking for ranch! Would never buy at this place.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Subway. The service was incredibly slow, the man making the sandwiches spent a lot of time chatting instead of working, which caused a large line to form. When it was my turn to order a Spicy Italian, he had to ask me what meats come on that sandwich because he said he did not know. Interesting.
The woman at the Subway also had very long hair and no kind of hair net on. The workers seemed annoyed to be working there. I try to not write bad reviews, but the icing on the cake was actually opening up the wrapping on my sandwich and having it be completely burnt. That brown piece in the first picture is a pepperoni burnt to a crisp.
Will never go to this specific Subway again.
