Just stopped in to this cafe for lunch and I was very impressed! The cafe is so pretty and calming and the service was amazing! The employees were so warm and friendly and the food was delicious!!! I got a cinnamon latte which I would recommend! I will definitely be coming back!

As a vegan I truly appreciate when I can go get breakfast, as that is typically the most challenging meal to find out.
Wake has a ton of drinks with dairy free syrups. They have a cold brew that’s made standard with oat milk.
They have labeled vegan options and also additional options that can be made vegan.
I came in with my wife and we had the tofu scramble and it’s a great portion for a very fair price and it was delicious!

Had an amazing meal last week. Delicious homemade sausage and I hear they also make their own pork roll, which we’ll try next time. Pancakes were the perfect consistency (not too fluffy, not to dense) and the coffees we spot on. I also love that they add greens to their breakfast platter. Oh and they have sourdough!!

Delicious, authentic food & coffee that’s worth the hype! My mom & I stopped by on a whim to check out this new brunch spot on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We snagged a table for two right around 9 am with no wait, but it definitely was a 25 minute wait by 9:30 am. The hush puppies are a MUST try, and all other foods we sampled were equally delicious! Service was friendly and inviting. It was definitely a busy atmosphere so it’s a place you can take your kids without worrying that it’ll bother anyone. There were plenty of families seated when we got there. We did wait a little on the longer side for food and coffee BUT honestly, it’s all made fresh (indicated on the menu) and they only opened two weeks ago. When everything came it was so good it didn’t even matter that we had to wait a bit. We will definitely be back!

I was looking for a breakfast place in the area and came across Wake on Google. I called my order in, and the customer service was phenomenal. I went to pick up my order and they had the most delicious looking pastries and bagels up front.The shop is clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered the veggie omelette. It was bangin! It came with potatoes and a little salad. I will definitey be returning.

My new favorite place! I never write reviews but the food, service, and reasonable prices here were all top notch. I was a barista for years and am so picky about my coffee and this was the best pistachio latte I’ve had in my LIFE. I’m dreaming about it and I plan to go back as often as I can!! Not to mention you can get a huge, delicious breakfast for around 10 bucks. Unheard of for Monmouth county. 100/10

Awesome experience. The food was delicious! I got the special, Shukshuka, which was so hearty and flavorful. Their “rippers” (breakfast potatoes) were fluffy on the inside and the perfect crisp on the outside. If you’re a coffee drinker, don’t miss out on their homemade syrups. Hot vanilla latte was superb. Highly recommend and definitely be back!

We’re so happy this new café opened in the neighborhood—something like this was desperately needed. It already feels like the kind of third place that will change and uplift the community. The pistachio and sweet cinnamon iced lattes were both amazing, and the food hit the spot: wake rippers (a fun take on home fries, friend hand dipped potatoes), scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado toast—all perfectly done. It was the ideal way to start our morning. We’ll definitely be here a few times a week. So excited to have this spot nearby!
