The food was tasty. I feel it was a good value for your money. I did spend more than normal because it was my first time and I wanted to try a few things. Overall, the pricing was reasonable. The staff are very friendly. The bathrooms were clean overall a decent experience. I would definitely come back.

This was my first time here yesterday. I ordered the turkey avocado with extra turkey as well as a Philly cheese steak. The atmosphere was pleasant, it was clean, everyone had smiles and was warm welcoming an & very hospitable. I recommend the extra turkey but the sub was delicious and they weren’t stingy with the avocado! All it needed was a little bit of pepper, maybe a little bit of salt (they have these condiments available also). You could have put some cheese lettuce and have lettuce You could have put some more of their seasoned fried onions– but it was delicious. I don’t even know if I put oil and vinegar on there but it was delicious. The Philly cheese steak didn’t disappoint me it could use some more peppers a little bit more onions some oil and I would also suggest to get extra meat on that as well. There’s nothing wrong with their serving sizes but I’m speaking for the foodies that enjoy eating but also eat to fulfill their appetite. Also there were several people that were just above exceptional *****Renee, Christina, Aubrey, Arielle, Eric, Chris and I can’t see this name I believe it’s Sear’t. I’m not sure but all six of them were very welcoming and I think they’re an awesome team. Yes I know you’re just getting started but I promise when you give this group of individuals a $2-5 raise each. I’m sure they’ll keep producing the same results even better as time goes on. You’ll be long standing in good busines!

I enjoyed the 5 guys fries, I do like this style of fries. The Philly cheesesteak had no real taste or flavor. This Cheesesteak didn’t hit any of my taste buds. The Sub is good, just a normal sub you would get anywhere. Also prices were high so I expected this to be top tier.

This is a new location, my husband and I brought our father’s here for Father’s Day (so a mini day trip, as we don’t live in the area). The only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is because of the fries and an employee. I have been eating Penn Station since I was a child and this was the first time I had their fries over cooked like this (not inedible just not the norm). Also the employees were very attentive but the one staff member that help us the most became just a bit over barring, luckily that was my father and not my partner but I hope she doesn’t cause any misunderstandings in the future.

Great bread, but not nearly enough meat. I got the Reuben and there was what looked like one small chopped up slice of meat with a full cup of sauerkraut. Could not taste the meat at all until I removed at least half of the kraut and it was still very light and heavy on the vinegar. I don’t want a sandwich that just tastes like bread and condiments. If there’s a way to double or triple the meat, I’ll revisit. But otherwise I don’t think I’ll be back.

Today was my first time ever having Penn Station. I’ve seen them in and around Charlotte for years, but decided to stop in Gastonia. Let me start by saying, pack your patience if you plan to visit. I ordered a cheesesteak, and the wait wasn’t justified by the number of customers. I can’t imagine what will happen when there’s a line out the door.

Speaking of doors, they only have one place to enter and exit the establishment. I dint understand why they didn’t add a doorto both sides of the little alcove. That would have allowed people to enter on that side and exit on the other. Again, busy days are going to be a nightmare with that setup.

There was a young lady I’d like to commend. She appeared to be a manager/district manger and had her working equipment set up in the lobby. When she saw me waiting for my drink, she eagerly took my cup and filled it with lemonade (which is delish). She also stopped working, popped on an apron, and jumped back behind the counter when things were moving slowly. That’s the type of manager I love!

Now on to the food! The cheesesteak, albeit a bit too stingy on the steak for the price, was delicious! It was piping hot and seasoned to perfection. Next time I’ll have them gut the bottom of the hoagie because it’s pretty thick. If you love bread, you’ll adore theirs.

When it comes to fries, I can take them or leave them, but these fries tasted like the ones you get at a state fair…scrumptious! I added some malt vinegar and Lord, why did I do that? YUM! I’m going to have to condition myself to only indulge on cheat day. They were that good!

Anyhow, I pray this isn’t a condition of off to a great start, and then business as usual within a few months. That’s the case with so many restaurants in this area, which is why I usually visit once or twice and never again. Keep up the great work, Guys!

First time eating here at this restaurant. It’s a new place ,business was hopping while we were there. Great location for them. First thing I noticed as a former restaurant manager was the cleanliness, don’t lose that. Restroom was clean. I had a sub my wife had a wrap both were good. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Makes you feel as though you’re truly wanted and your business is valued. I can list many in our city that doesn’t meet those qualities. Keep up the good work. We’re planning on returning to eat here again. Oh one more thing as we walked in I noticed two big fresh potato bins They make their fries fresh. Not frozen, that’s a great selling point. Thank you again for great service and meal
