I ordered 1 smoothie in the Smoothie King app. I arrived AFTER my allotted time. I choose to pick up at drive thru. There were no customers in line ahe8 of me or behind me. The employee helping the drive thru told me to pull forward to the window. I sat there for FIVE minutes before she greeted me or even looked at me. She was doing something talking on her headset, but again, no other customer was behind me. And all the time my smoothie was sitting at the window, ready & melting. She saw me scanning their QR code posted at their window, then she finally opened her window & said “here”.

I normally come on Fridays which is a great experience. But I decided to go on a Saturday afternoon, big mistake, huge mistake! I did an online order and knew by the time I left shopping I could just go right in and get my order, no, didn’t happen that way. Three workers and the order wasn’t even made. One worker was in his car and came inside to make my order. Then after waiting, he only made part of the order. What the heck happened to the service over here? It’s so disappointing because this location is very convenient for me and my order is always well made. I guess I’ll have to check who’s working before I come on a day outside of my normal day. Hate to rate this location this way but these young kids working here need supervision.
Updated review (2025): Thankful to see the new employees. They are great, especially the Friday morning crew. I tried a new smoothie, it was great and ready when I came in.

Quick and easy service. Got me a pineapple surf for the first time. I’ve been getting Caribbean Way all my life but wanted to switch it up. The Pineapple Surf tastes like an upgraded Caribbean Way to me. Both are great choices!

“No topping for bowls” every time!! My little sister loves the smoothie bowls and the past 5 times we’ve come here in the span of 2 weeks they haven’t had any toppings? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like when McDonald’s tells you the ice cream machine is broken. When we ordered a smoothie in place of the bowl it took about 25 minutes to make one medium smoothie.

This is by far the worst Smoothie King I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The line inside and in the drive-thru is always long and slow to move. You have to repeat your order at least once every time you place an order. The employees do not try to expedite their service and if the make an incorrect smoothie they act like it’s the customer’s fault. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest one around unfortunately. Absolutely no consideration for the customers, just there to make a buck and go home. This is a disgrace to the brand and the owner of this franchise needs to intervene NOW.

Smoothie king is a great place to get a smoothie. When I visited this particular location, they were training a giant young man who was too shy to speak audibly. He did not know how to ask his trainer for help either. I had to summon his trainer to complete the transaction.
