I’ll say that 99 out of 100 times, their food is superb. I usually get 1-2 pizzas there per week and have for years. But about twice a year I get a pizza that isn’t really even edible. If you complain, they don’t do anything about it (such as a free pizza). I understand that you can return it for free and have them make you a new one, but who would be stupid enough to take that risk of getting your food spit on? I also don’t like that the men and women who have long hair and assemble your pizza do not wear hair nets; In my opinion, if your hat won’t cover your hair, you should have to wear a hair net. Also customer service is about the same ratio of 99 out of 100 times it is great.

If you can get them to make a pizza it’s usually good but getting them to actually make the pizzas and keep up with them is clearly a challenge for them. This one week alone they lost one of my pizzas, had been done for 10+ minutes because they didn’t put the correct receipts with the pizzas. One individual said “the pizza tracker must be wrong”, gave up, and walked out the front door. The manager had a look and found it just a minute later and had fixed all of the receipts. Second instance this week, placed the order, gave them about 20+ minutes and they hadn’t even started on preparing the pizza. Still not sure how long this pizzas going to take but it’s not busy and it’s been over 30 minutes since I placed the order. Absolutely frustrating kind of place.

Ordered on line to get the online discount. Still wasn’t the discount it was supposed to be. Pizza and cinnamon twists were way over cooked and too hard to eat. They were closed by the time I got home so I couldn’t call. Didn’t get the discount for picking it up myself. $40 wasted. I think we’re done with domino’s.

Normally I have a great experience with delivery. However this time the driver dropped my order & didn’t collect my cash payment. I was honest & called the store. I was told it’s the fault of the App & someone would be out to collect payment. Then hung up on. I work overnight shift & this was for my neighbor & other coworkers. Now I have to stay up for who knows how long…..

I can’t really complain. Sometimes we get pizza and the crust is burnt and raised for the majority of the time we get great service so I give them a 5 star rating. I know times are tough for most employers and they are doing the best they can. Great job dominos team 😉

Yesterday I went to dominos got a couple pizzas and James (a very cool worker there) told us that one of the pizzas didn’t come out to their liking so he gave us another pizza on the house, but that’s not all, I think someone never showed up to pick up their food and he gave us another pizza and some cheese bread on the house. We left dominoes with 4 pizzas and 3 things of cheese bread. And the thing is, all pizzas looked fine to me so the free pizza was awesome. Long story short, James is the G.O.A.T.

IF I could give a ZERO, I would. We’re unfortunately here in this city, on a work trip. Love my local Hillsboro, Ohio Dominoes and order from there very frequently. This establishment however, wouldn’t give another penny to. I’m attaching photos of the food.
