So simple yet so delicious. Hits the spot no doubt for a classic sandwich… the Will is the best thing ever and it’s the kinda thing you’d try and recreate at home but fall short. Served with a smile, made fresh and saw the worker give out freebies to our healthcare workers. Ridiculously cheap for what you’re getting, such a good well kept secret.

I had the gluten free chicken and prosciutto sandwich (toasted). It was lovely and I especially loved the Gorgonzola I did find my gluten free bread to be pretty dry and super crusty. I know it can be hard to find good gf options… also I just felt like a little pepper and tomato would be a great addition to this sandwich.

Enjoyed this place as they had veggie and vegan options! Service was great. Got the veg Mediterranean on sourdough, which was excellent and my partner got the Tempeh Burger (removed Tabouli) on sourdough and he enjoyed that. Would recommend. It’s a grab and go shop, so have to find a bench elsewhere but would highly recommend!

The sandwiches the people trapped in that tiny little space were able to create were absolutely amazing. Who would have thought cranberry, beets, and prosciutto would taste so good together. Loved it.

The most harmoniously taste sandwich i’ve ever had. Ordered ‘The Will Speciall Sandwich’ with only $10 is a bargain in Sydney! Next time I will get 2 sandwiches, 1 is not enough!

It is quite popular so If you can order online, please do so, as it takes around 10mins to make it!

Its hidden inside of a hallway!!

Little bit of a wait, but that’s expected at peak time on a workday. Perfect if you’re looking for a solid sandwich to go.

A hidden gem! Easy to miss as it’s inside a building but the sandwiches here are so good! My partner got ‘The Will Special’ and I got a ‘make your own’ sandwich with smoked salmon, crispy prosciutto, sliced egg, haloumi, cucumber, and avocado [pictured]. We both absolutely loved our sandwiches!!!

Seems to be the go to place for workers in the area which is always a good sign. Quite busy for the lunch rush so would recommend ordering ahead on their website. Staff are friendly, prices very reasonable and great gluten free bread as an option with their sandwiches. Menu options have a great variety and interesting tasting flavour combinations, was difficult to decide which one I wanted. Everything is made fresh to order in front of you. Will definitely be going back!

Ordered the chicken prosciutto sandwich which tasted nice. But the low review is for the speed of service – 33mins from order to receive.

I was notified there would be a delay when ordering but its not really good enough service or product to wait that long.
