Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Boiling Springs is absolutely fantastic! The place is bright, clean, and always has a fun, upbeat vibe. The staff is super friendly and patient, happy to let you sample flavors and make recommendations. Everything tastes fresh and delicious — especially the Gelati combos, which are perfectly layered with creamy soft serve and flavorful Italian ice.
It’s the perfect spot for a sweet treat after dinner or on a hot day. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and there’s always something new to try. Highly recommend stopping by, it’s one of the best dessert spots in the area!

Dear Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Team,
The cashier working tonight is always dry and provides subpar service. I’ve always enjoyed visiting your location for Italian Ice. However, I wanted to share some concerns from my visit tonight, 7/20, at around 7:20 PM, with my family.
There was an issue at the register when I tried to enter my phone number to earn points. The cashier seemed unsure or unwilling to assist, making the process unnecessarily difficult.
Additionally, one of my nieces chose the Cake Batter flavor, which I’ve enjoyed many times before. However, this time it tasted extremely salty and off. When I asked if it could be exchanged for a different flavor, we were told no, and no accommodations were made. I ended up having to purchase another item, which was disappointing given the circumstances.
I’m sharing this feedback not to complain but in hopes that it helps improve service and consistency. We enjoy Jeremiah’s and hope to continue visiting.

For the first time being there, it was actually pretty good, and if you don’t know what flavor to pick, they let you taste test. I like the fact that I can choose my own flavors. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating as well, take your pick.

We were so excited to have Italian Ice nearby and we will absolutely be back once they’ve been open for a while! I think it’s new operation jitters-some of the kids looked a little clueless and with no initiative regarding good customer service.
My small mango Italian ice however was delicious- perfect consistency and amount for the price.
We also had a large blueberry Italian Ice which had good flavor but was already slushy consistency by the time we got it. They placed a lid on it because it was so melted and watery.
Overall, cute, clean place that will bring a lot to the area once they’ve gotten more experience!

Staff is always super friendly very fast service definitely a go to place in my books. Get the app you get points everytime which can later be redeemed for free items like add ons and ice cream in different sizes once you have enough points.
