Ordered for the first time via DoorDash. Very disappointed. I ordered a cheese burger, cheese fries, and mac & cheese bites. The burger is VERY under cooked. I wouldn’t even consider this rare. The cheese sauce is just weird and grainy. The oil that the fries and bites were cooked in is very distinct. Weird after taste and smell. Very disappointed.

I’ve been passing by this place for a long time. Finally gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a Chicago style dog with fries and drink. Price was I believe $7.50ish. Very fare. Dog was solid. There not slipping in junk hot dogs. Tomatoe was fresh, onions, pickle, relish were spot on. They even put celery salt on which many others forget! The fries were hot and fresh. If I’m being picky, I would love to see the bun steamed. Hard to find anyone doing this but it is the right way to finish the dog off. As a retired restaurant consultant, I would suggest the owners buy fancy grade A long fries verses the line flow fries their using. I know a certain large chain that sells crinkle cut fries tried to go with the cheaper line flow and switched back to grade A long fries because in the long run the short line flow cost you more because of volume. Ask your sales rep to explain. If he or she can’t, have their buyer explain. My 2 cents. I’ll be back for sure.

First time stopping here on our way to Twin Lakes and I would say it is 4.5, but the boys said go with 5. Now to avoid confusion this is inside the BP station. We didn’t want to wait at Brat Stop so we tried this spur of the moment.
Honestly for a dog/burger joint was really solid and I don’t take that lightly. Service was spotty at first, but the second lady was very nice. The food was really good I really enjoyed it and I am picky as can be. The price was good and honestly if you don’t want the drama from other places nearby I highly suggest a visit here.

I dont know if they’ve gotten new suppliers or what, but the last few times we’ve been there the food is sub par. It used to be one of our favorite spots. The staff turnover seems very high also.

Lifelong Chicagolander and now transplanted to the other side of the border. I was hankering for some classic Chicago Dogs and stopped at Interstate Dogs as it’s close to the house and give it a shot. First thing you will notice is that it’s in a gas station. It’s a peculiar Wisconsin thing. We typically don’t see gas station/restaurant combos in Illinois but in Wisconsin it seems to be a thing. Other than literally being inside a gas station the place is clean and seems to be well maintained. As small area with about 3 tables and 6 seats is off to the side for people to eat inside if they want. I opted to carry out. I got 2 Chicago Dogs and a order of fries. I ate the fries out of bag as I drove the few minutes back home. They were hot and fresh. When I got home I rolled out the dogs and they were completely authentic had all the required ingredients down to the poppy seed bun. They used real Vienna dogs as witnessed by the clear snap of the casing and the flavor. Neon green relish and sport peppers, pickle spear, tomato, yellow mustard and celery salt. Awesome! Kenosha has only 2 independent hot dog stands and after eating at both, I prefer this one. A perfect Chicago Dog in Wisconsin!

The food was tasty. I asked for a hamburger what I got was a double cheeseburger. Yes I was charged for the double cheeseburger.
The location is in a gas station, it was a little hard to find. I would go again, I will just make sure to say no cheese.
