I am a local and my husband and I eat here about once a week.
The food is so fresh – farm to table – and the new fall menu is outstanding. Sean the chef truly cares about creating nutritious, creative, and delicious dishes.
The new fall menu includes a harvest salad, a tasty soup of the day (the mushroom soup is super and the pear & parsnip soup is perfect!). The burgers are bodacious, the hangar steak stupendous, and the wedge potato fries? Fantastic! Sean also offers fresh fish options and great sides 1 like chorizo sausage!
Chasen, the bartender and co-owner (with Sean) is so kind and makes the perfect cocktail. They also have a few N/A options which are very tasty.
Nestled within the historic Lake Creek Lodge in Camp Sherman, it’s hard to beat such a beautiful location. Lake Creek streams by, birds, squirrels, and chipmunks do their thing. You might even see deer grazing or a rafter of turkeys pass by!

What an absolute gem! The food was gorgeous—every plate looked stunning and tasted even better. The flavors were truly incredible, layered and memorable in a way that made each bite exciting. The drinks were just as impressive: delicious, refreshing, and crafted with real care.
The whole experience was so fun from start to finish. The atmosphere, the service, the energy—everything came together to make it a night to remember. And for those who care (like I do!), the place was incredibly clean. Spotless in all the ways that matter.

Amazing dinner in the most unassuming location! This was the kind of food I would expect at an established restaurant in a bigger city like Seattle or Portland. The hanger steak and salmon were excellent and good for sharing. The iceberg salad was maybe the best I ever had. Good cocktails, too! This is an absolute must if you are staying in Black Butte or the surrounding area.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining for the first time this evening at Host Supper Club in Camp Sherman. The food and staff were top notch. The quality, quantity and price were all excellent. Definitely worth the drive from Bend and we will certainly repeat in the near future. Great addition to the Central Oregon dining scene.

We come from Black Be ranch regularly for the best dinners in central Oregon! The salmon, steak, apps, roasted red pepper hummus, incredible rolls in a bucolic down-home setting. We are true fans!!!
