I hate leaving bad reviews. But ive had it. Possibly one of the absolute worst subways in the entirety of oahu. Not only are the servers curt and rude, but, I also never fail to get a sloppy sandwich completely falling apart when I unwrap it. Which is crazy becuase as someone else has said, theyre skimpy on giving out ingredients. I once saw a server scoop a little sauce back off my sandwich. Not an extra meat ball or something that wasnt paid for. No… Less than a teaspoon of sauce. Like, really? But today I picked up my order and asked about my drink. They said its all inside the bag. Um, All of it? My medium drink? They replied its a 20 Oz pepsi zero bottle. I said I ordered a medium meal. I even pointed at my receipt stapled to the damn bag that its a medium drink. She then sternly said no its a 20 oz bottle. You ordered a bottle. Thats the cost of a bottle (which its not). Cool… I’ve been coming to this subway for 2 and a half years and it has always given problems to me. Screw this place. Save yourself the headache. Walk the 2 extra blocks to the fort street mall subway. Maybe they wont lie to you.

Personally had really good service from the Aunties working behind the counter, the sandwich was delicious and the bread was fresh. I’ve had bad experiences at other Subways so I will come back to this one, I also noticed the prices were like one dollar cheaper. Store was nice and clean too.

They were skimping on veggies (3-4 spinach leaves/green pepper sticks) and dressing on a veggie-only footlong sandwich. Had to be told to add more. Seemed very careless with the sandwich, although there were no other customers. Probably depends on who’s the preparer.

Avoid this location if you possibly can! The service is exceedingly poor from the staff, in the location itself, all the way up to the owner. I had issues with the “sandwich artist” not knowing what was on their series sandwiches (taking ingredients off of a sandwich and putting it back in with the rest of the ingredients essentially contaminating them all), not being able to process payments correctly (it took 3 people and they never figure it out), and then being blamed for the staff not knowing how to do their jobs by the owner. And the cherry on top was the sauce bottles looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Again if you are not starving to death you are better off anywhere else.

Instead of getting a fresh bin of Lettuce they poured the new bag of Lettuce directly into the assembly line bin. Also the visibly dirty outside part of the bag of Lettuce touched the other Lettuce being served. Didn’t
Grossly inefficient and seemingly untrained. Managed three subways in the mainland years ago and this was lousy service.

Just a regular Subway. The staff is quick and knows how to turnover sandwiches for those quick downtown lunches. I always order ahead online if I can and I’ve never had an issue with my platters or sandwiches being late. They’re also happy to pack stuff on the side like mustard, mayo, jalepenos, etc. that not everyone might want on a sandwich. Space is small but there are tables outside. Also, a Starbucks next door.

They make the neatest yet fully loaded subs! Some of the other subway franchise are stingy; this one isn’t (or at least, the particular sandwich artist who makes my sandwich). Be nice to the people who handle your food. The picture is after I tore the other 6 inch; second lunch in 3 hours. Delish! Thank you!
