EDIT: and nope, they are back to “did you scan at the screen, we don’t have another mobile order” and the strawberry blonde manager who refunded my order tonight didn’t even apologize or stop because he had a back up at the point of ordering.
Not sure why this location continues to have new store problems, but it is a real waste when both lines are having folks behind the first car getting their food and have to wait because they can’t process in the car order. Save your time and just go to the one a half mile up the way.
They seem to have gotten past the new opening kinks and are working well now!
Great breakfast sandwiches this morning and my son more than enjoys the hash rounds!
They included all the jellies, Mayonaise and ketchups needed and with this heat -the ice! IYKYK

This is the nicest and cleanest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Service was very friendly and fast and the chicken and hash browns I got were freshly fried. Coffee OK. Fresh flowers on every table.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A locations, and this is by far the worst one. Every single time I visit, there’s only one person taking orders outside, and the drive-thru wait is 10–15 minutes or more. Even mobile orders take just as long , no one brings the food out, even when it’s clearly ready. Instead, staff stand by the door handing orders to one person at a time, while everyone else waits unnecessarily.
The food quality is also disappointing. The “crispy” chicken is soggy by the time it’s handed over because it’s been sitting there getting cold. Our order, like many others, was missing items and sauces.
This is clearly a management issue. It’s obvious from all the one-star reviews that nothing is being done to fix the long wait times, poor organization, and lack of customer care. Honestly, it would be a great idea if the entire staff from this location went to other Chick-fil-A restaurants for proper training because it looks like they’ve completely lost the standard that makes Chick-fil-A known for excellent service.
Chick-fil-A usually sets a high bar for quality and efficiency, but this location fails to meet even the basics.

They have fast service down to a science! The drive thru is super fast. If you aren’t familiar with the menu it came be a little intimidating because they approach your car before you have a chance to look at what’s offered. That being said they are patient and answer your questions about the menu.

I was visiting my hometown, coming from the South. I wanted breakfast because Chick-fil-A is always reliable! I pulled through the drive through at 10:25 and asked for breakfast. The staff member laughed at me and said it’s lunch time, like I was crazy. Who on earth serves lunch at 10:25??? If they have to, why can’t they have a transition period? Then I had to stay in line and it took 25 minutes. They should at least let you exit through the mobile order line. I’ve never had problems with Chick-fil-A back in the South, but coming to visit my hometown, all I’ve faced is problems. Unfortunate.

The long lines at Chick-fil-A use to concern me and I would avoid. But stopped in at the drive thru a while back and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and quick it is. Food is best value for the money by far compared to other fast food places and actually better than many sit down places. I eat in my car so inside I can’t rate for atmosphere and such.

The drive-through line is always extremely long, but I decided to give it a shot. It was a mess! The girl who takes orders was short with me. She’d only said 2 words at a time like we were playing the codenames game. She barks the name of the sauce and I asks the question with every single item in my order. Maybe it works with regulars but it was my first time there.
The food is average for a fast food chain. But it was ready almost the second we stop to pick it up.

Not your normal Chick-fil-a! Every time I go to this new location it is not good service. I do the mobile order and wait 10-15mins. I would understand if busy but I am the first car in line. The lemonade didn’t taste right and was told the manger says it is fine. Never asked if we want sauce anymore either. Maybe bring back the my pleasure because this place has changed for the bad.
