We went here . I m giving 2 star only for aloo paratha. Everything else was so bland. We always used to like dhaba food in this area while on road trip. so thought we will try a new dhaba today. It was so bland and with no taste at all. The masala has nothing in it shahi paneer kadi pakora nothing tasted good. Hot tawa rotis were good.

Best dhaba in Bakersfield.
Food is served hot and fresh so it might take some time for preparation.
We ordered Mutton Thali and Chole poori and they were really good.
They are also available on door dash.
Highly recommend.

The food is really good , feel homely. Nice rotis and good sides . Nevertheless they staff have issues like missing items from thali putting wrong items. I even talked with the owner twice. They missed items 3 times in a row . I messaged the owner twice no response. It’s sad to see a really good place being irresponsible.
Nevertheless I still recommend people to dine in with them as the food is really good .

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing food truck! The moment you walk up, you’re greeted with the warm smiles of a hardworking family serving up true Punjabi hospitality — and the food? Absolutely next level.
Every dish tastes like it’s made with love straight from a home kitchen in Punjab. From the buttery, rich dal makhani to the perfectly spiced chole bhature and melt-in-your-mouth paneer bhurji, everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their parathas are flaky, generously stuffed, and remind me of Sunday mornings at my grandma’s house.
You can tell that this family takes immense pride in their food — and it shows. Nothing feels rushed or mass-produced. It’s real food, made fresh daily, with recipes passed down through generations. And the best part? You leave full, satisfied, and feeling like part of the family.
Support local, eat fresh, and treat your taste buds to the best Punjabi street food in town. This food truck is a gem — don’t miss it!

“Ronak Dhaba” because “Apna Dhaba” moved to other location and we had a terrible experience with apna Dhaba unfortunately, and luckily we stumbled upon the wonderful *Ronak Dhaba* and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and gracious, making us feel right at home. The tea served here was absolutely exceptional—rich, flavorful, and the perfect pick-me-up after a long day. If you’re looking for a warm, inviting spot with great hospitality and delicious offerings, *Ronak Dhaba* is a must-visit. A true gem that turned our trip into a memorable one!”

We ordered food through DoorDash. Although the delivery took longer than anticipated, the food arrived fresh and delicious. While it was slightly on the pricier side, it was definitely worth it. We opted for the non-vegetarian thali, which included tawa rotis and mutton curry. The rotis were soft and fluffy, and the mutton was cooked to perfection. The thali also came with two other non-vegetarian curries. Overall, we had a great experience.

Went to this food truck a few weeks ago while returning from Yosemite NP. It’s right in the center of Bakersfield and serves authentic Punjabi food. It is run by two Indian ladies who cook and serve from a food truck. They have a lot of varieties on their menu.
We tried sag paneer, kadhi pakoda and roti. All the items were really delicious. They also serve rice with their curries.
The ambience is also similar to a traditional indian roadside dhaba.
Will surely visit again.

This is quite a cute and cozy place to have dinner or lunch whatever. There’s a trailer they make food in the trailer and they serve good food.
However it’s very easy to miss, lookout for a taco truck and it’s next to the taco truck.
There are about 10 benches where you can sit the food or decently priced not overpriced.
