From the name of the restaurant it was hard to tell but they serve Filipino food. Family owned local Filipino food.
The service was fantastic and it was a really fun places to eat. They kept offering for someone to sing karaoke. Classic Filipino dishes such as Adobo are on the menu.
I got the house version of chicken joy and Filipino spaghetti. I love Jollibees chicken and this tasted good but nothing like it. The Filipino spaghetti was good.
Overall, the prices were a bit high for the area but the food was good. I would recommend it
This is just a wish but can we get a Filipino breakfast plate. Specifically corned beef hash, garlic fried rice with an egg on top. Also add spicy version of the fried chicken and gravy too.

Friendly atmosphere and great food! I had the Filipino spaghetti and it wasn’t too sweet but the perfect amount! I came here with my family and they were able to help select food for them (never tried filo food and picky – also modified upon request). Great service and food!
Side note:
I tried the sisig here and it’s AMAZING. will be coming back here again.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. The owner has stopped by to talk to us each time we’ve been here and is so friendly. We’re slowly making our way through the menu and have loved each item so far. This time we had the spicy fried chicken and the adobo chicken bowl and loved them both. We sampled some small bowls of Bulalo soup, and my wife has made me promise to get her more if she’s ever sick. It was incredibly savory and filling despite looking like normal beef broth soup. I imagine it’s the difference between cooking your own stock and simply throwing a packet together but it was so rich and complex and amazing. Our kids always fight over any of our leftovers we bring home 🙂

Amazing food and even better vibes. We had chicken adobo, sisig with an incredible sauce, lechon kawali, and turon. The atmosphere was comfy and fun, and the owner was super friendly, giving cooking tips and making everyone feel welcome. Food came out fast, games made it a great hangout spot after a hike, and we are sure the rotating menu keeps things exciting. Need to go back with friends.

SO GOOD! Drove an hour to try this spot. The most charming ma and pop restaurant with amazing food! They had karaoke, and games going when we got there. It so refreshing to have a great food spot that’s not a franchise. This is a must try! Don’t sleep on this place. Tried the Bruce almighty burger with onion rings. Easy 10/10. Broth was amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was awesome the owner is so cool! Makes you feel really comfortable and will make sure you are satisfied with your dish. She understands that your hard earned money isn’t just paper and if your not eating the dish you ordered she will ask “what’s wrong? Do you not like it?” She will offer you something else on the house, making sure you leave full and happy . There are games and even a karaoke machine while waiting for your main courses or even your appetizers. The food is great, authentic made with care and from the heart. She will explain every detail and ingredient that is in it, making you want every single dish!! I was salivating on the third dish she talked about, but the fourth one hands down, give me it now! She makes you so hungry the way she talks about these dishes My stepmother was offered to make a chili verde sauce for her mini empanadas. The conversation that she had with us was very enlightening and indulging making us feel part of her restaurant. She is a really great kind-hearted person and the reason why we went to this place is because she had five star ratings across the board. Even in Syracuse cities community center it was hyped up. Yes, it may be a little expensive ranging from 15 to $20 a plate but it is so worth it and you will never ever leave feeling like you’ve been gotten! All the food is fresh and the deep fryer oil is constantly changed giving the chicharones, chicken, and everything else deep fried a very clean, crisp with no weird awkward taste. I love her extra work and am very happy she’s in my local community. Her concern is very sincere and food quality is clean authentic Philipino mixed with a slight Americano.
Try this place out. You will not be disappointed!! We also got some appetizers I wasn’t able to show because she hyped us up with all of the food and she even gave us a free extra appetizer to try out which was amazing!! One was a vegetarian egg roll, and the other was a mix with I think beef.. the dipping sauce for each were good. They are fresh, and really hot, so be careful eating them once they arrive. My father was served first and wasn’t able to get his dish too. It was a Skillet with a raw egg thrown on top when it arrived, cooking with the food, and hot skillet. His was very delicious as well.
I’d say more of $15-$25 dollar a person

This place was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to speak to the chef and really enjoy our time here. The food was delicious. We loved the sisig and adobo. The lumpia was so good. They were very accommodating of our 1.5 year old. The chicken thigh was flavorful and moist. We absolutely loved this restaurant. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Bowls and Cheers – Asian American Bistro
My friends and I had lunch today at the newly opened Bowls and Cheers – Asian American Bistro, located where Jin’s used to be. It’s a quaint and cozy spot, and we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in.
We each ordered a different dish that sounded good and shared them to get a taste of everything. The food presentation was impressive, and the flavors did not disappoint! Portions were generous and definitely shareable. The owner, who is Filipino, brings a fantastic take on Filipino dishes, adding a delicious and authentic touch.
What made the experience even better was that the owner/chef personally stopped by our table to introduce herself and ask for our feedback. It was a nice touch that showed her passion for her food and customers.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try flavorful Asian-American cuisine!
