I got the everything pho minus the tendons, I think the broth could have been a little more herbal/fragrant but the overall flavor was good. I think it’s ridiculous that they only put one shrimp in the pho. The crab rangoon filling was savory and creamy but the rangoon is more crust than filling. The peach mint tea was refreshing, not too sweet which I appreciate.

The broth here is solid. This is the pho spot I’ll keep coming to while in San Antonio. The service is fine too. The lady is polite and comes to check on you.
They give plenty of meat and their thai tea is also pretty good. I’ve had a lot of pho in my life so it’s definitely hard to find spots that hit the mark, but this spot will for sure satisfy a pho craving.
The restaurant has been clean the last two times I’ve come and I’ve had no complaints.
The first time I came here, I didn’t know that you go to the register to pay, so we were waiting for the check for a bit then asked and were told to pay at the register. That’s something to keep in mind.

Had been to many Pho restaurants and this place is the best due to the low MSG use in the broth. The broth do have that authentic Pho taste. Price is cheaper but the meats and herbs come with it is stingy. Overall the food is great with great price!

This is my 2nd visit this week! I am in town helping a friend that is sick and I have been needing some serious “Pho Therapy” after long hospital days. I tried another local place and was quite disappointed with both service and food. I found Pho Sure while searching google, reviews looked good and it’s not far from UT Women and Children’s Hospital. Glad I took a chance. The place was empty on my first visit but tonight had about 6 tables sat. I had the Pho special beef meat combo. They do put the rare beef into the soup for you. I prefer it on the side so I can add it myself, but I forgot to ask. The broth is flavorful and feels like a warm hug. 🙂 I feel like both places I have tried put way less meat than most places in Houston do but the bowl is still a good size overall. “Extra” meat is 4.50$ so if you are looking for protien, you will be disappointed. It comes with a very small handful of bean sprouts, two jalapeño slices and a single lime wedge. Asking for more limes was not an issue. Thai basil was not offered at either restaurant I tried, suprisingly. Is this a San Antonio thing? In general, I find Houston, Tx to give a more generous amount of meat and a larger bunch of bean sprouts. I love the tendon in Pho so it would be nice if they added more!
Staff is friendly but you may have to work for drink refills after your food has been served.
I did also order the Vietnamese egg rolls this time. They are a favorite of mine and i thought they were good! Nice and crunchy. Aside from that, I was quite disappointed to find that they cut them in half! LOL You get four pieces but it’s actually only 2 egg rolls for $6.95. The presentation was just sad and super cheap looking, honestly. The order came with a small bowl of very plain, very anemic looking fish sauce, a couple sprigs of cilantro (which is fine because I am not a fan anyway) and two tiny triangles of ICEBERG lettuce with a bit of julienned carrot on top. The fish sauce looked like it was straight out if the bottle. It would be more interesting with carrot and chilis inside of it and the lettuce really should be romaine. Cutting one single leaf of iceberg lettuce into two tiny wedges that barely fit around half of an egg roll is just a bad look.
Overall, I am happy enough here at Pho Sure to not shop around for other Pho places while I am in town. BTW, the first bowl of disappointment that I tried starts with a B and ends with an IE but I wrote a review for that so I won’t go into it.
Here’s to good bowl of Pho Therapy!

With a 4.8 Google Review Score and the pictures provided, we had great expectations. We drove 45 minutes thru rush hour to get a taste of the beef bone soup. We hadn’t seen Pho with an actual bone in it since Commifornia, and truly missed that flair and flavor. We arrived at 6:30 and ordered 2 Beef Bone Pho Specials. We were told they were out of beef bone. Out of any kind of beef in Texas is sinful, but we forgave and decided to go for the Pho Special without the beef bone. The service was quick, not we were presented with the smallest tray of bean sprouts, a few sprigs of not so fresh cilantro and one wedge is lemon. I asked for some Asian Basil and was told that they didn’t have any because it was too cold. I wasn’t sure what that meant, but every Pho connoisseur knows that the garnishment are necessary to complete the experience. It’s like going to a fine Italian restaurant and not getting any fresh bread or parmesan for your Chicken Alfredo. I was so annoyed at the shortage of beef ribs and Asian Basil that I went to HEB the next day to see if there was a beef and Basil shortage. I found them…see pics. In any case, the soup broth was flavorful and the noodles were proper. The big disappointment was the lack of meat. The meatballs consisted of one meat ball sliced into 4 pieces. The tripe was 2 strips. The beef strip was 2 pieces cut into 4 bite size squares. I didn’t even remember seeing any tendon. For $14.99, I expected way more of everything. My partner said, the whole vibe felt like a place that was going out of business. I agreed.

Such a great place to come for some pho. Our first time.
We had their grilled pork spring rolls w/ peanut sauce. Loved it! Full of flavor and the sauce is light. Not heavy/thick.
For our entree we both ordered their pho beef meat combo. Oh my! Add all the extras (basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, & lime! Amazing. I was feeling under the weather, so this was perfect!

I visited here a while back in October ’24, a little after they had just opened. I have to admit, the food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very bright and spacious. Server was a little new, but not bad. The summer rolls were ki da sloppily wrapped, but large and still tasty. Haven’t been back since, but based on the great reviews, I should stop by again. The whole window covering with food pictures sorta turns me off. ♂️

Fast and friendly service, yummy food. I forgot to take a picture of the spring rolls but they were larger than other places, and the peanut sauce was perfect.

Super low maintenance food place. Quick service. Pork bun with vermicelli noodles as well as the lemongrass teriyaki with vermicelli noodles were both tasty. Not too busy on a Thursday night dinner service. 1 server. Will be back again for the food. $35 for 2 no drinks
