I’ve always had great service at this location and frequent this store because of how close it is to my work. Today was an exception. I did a mobile order on a drink that I’ve ordered a dozen times and when I came up to the window, it was green. I asked the barista if he was sure this was a latte and he said yes and looked at me as if I was the crazy one. Disappointed as I spent a whole gift card on one drink all for it to be wrong. I’ve attached a photo of my order below where it clearly states that it is a latte NOT matcha.

Omg! The Baristas here surprised me with my crazy drink! I am tired wanting strong espresso with a sweet matcha taste. So I ordered a matcha green tea latte added 3 espresso shots and bumped the classic syrup from 4 pumps to 5 pumps. Normally other starbucks would do the pour over for me but this shop made it so smooth, so perfect by shaking it up and it’s soooo amazingly delicious and it makes me so happy!!!

Went through the drive through. The speed of service is about what you expect in a Starbucks drive thru line….slow. But that is the case at every Starbuck drive thru I have ever been in in my lifetime so it is what it is. Salted Caramel cold brew was made to perfection though, so ultimately, a good experience. Get my drink right and I can almost forgive anything else.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff has always been friendly and they write sweet things on my cup. They know my name and drink order and make me feel special each time I pull up.However, I miss the old manager Whitney, as I feel she brought a lot of positive energy to the store which seems to be gone now.

Not one of my usual Starbucks locations and will definitely never be returning. Walked in at 6 am and was not even greeted even though there was not a single customer in there. My app told me my drink was ready but it was not at the pickup area. After about 5 minutes of standing and waiting I was finally asked “the name?” And magically she grabbed my drink that had apparently been ready the entire time I was standing there. I ordered a hot drink with cold foam as I’ve done so many times at many locations. I enjoy that it cools the drink down enough to drink immediately and the contrast. She handed me an iced coffee and when I mentioned that I ordered a hot coffee (it’s 40 degrees outside) she checked the tag to make sure and then stated she “can’t do cold foam with a hot drink”. Which this makes zero sense to me as it can’t be much different than adding cold milk or creamer to a hot drink as so many people do. Regardless, my thought is that I just paid almost $7 for a grande coffee, I should be able to get it how I like it? When I told her it’s my usual drink order and I get it often she just stared at me with a “too bad” look on her face and zero apology. She was extremely rude, and blatantly lied to my face instead of owning her mistake and giving the paying customer what they ordered. If I ever needed more of a reason to officially ditch overpriced Starbucks and stick with Dutch bros moving forward, I think I got it!

Being a new location, the facility and the premise looks good and well maintained. The service was good and is in par with other starbucks locations. Staffs are welcoming and friendly. Tried a Cappucino. Cant say its the best, but was satisfactory. Restrooms are clean.

I came to this location to switch up my routine and to get a change in scenery while studying and I have so many regrets. The environment was not warm and welcoming at all. The lady who took my order just stared at me like I was a foreign object. No hi, thank you or anything. No one yelled out to inform me that my drink was ready as it was just sitting in the counter. Thankfully I looked back and saw it, otherwise it would have watered down. After completing my first drink, I went back for a refill and was told that I had to be charged for brown sugar syrup and the caramel syrup(rang up free). I didn’t not care about paying the .87 cents. Her tone and body language about charging me for the .87 cents was just so off putting and kind of rude. When I leave here, I won’t be back. The place is too new to be this unwelcoming. Do better guys it’s 2025, we all are struggling! It costs nothing to be kind.

It’s a normal Starbucks, not horrible.
However, I find it rude to approach tips in such a way. I pay $6.12 for a lemonade, and I must press multiple buttons to NOT tip, and while the cashier is holding the machine, before I am even able to pay for my order.
This tactic is cheap and off putting. Im a great tipper, but dont appreciate this approach and makes me opt out of stopping by.
