Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had.
I had the steak ultimo, my friend got the classic burger, and the Tikka Marsala. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. And the tikka marmalade was great!

Food was excellent . We tried chicken tandoori biryani, Malabar shrimp curry and panini puri. Everything we ordered was very good in taste.

Really enjoyed our visit here as the host/cashier was very friendly and gave us more information about their menu and recommended what’s best to order. Felt very welcoming.

One thing to note – this is not a done in restaurant, it’s a fast food like place where you order food inside of a grocery store. There are one or two tables and a few chairs inside the store and some tables outside in their front patio.

Absolutely amazing. The sauces are enriched with deep flavors and spices. Rice cooked perfectly. The naan has great flavor. I’m really impressed and highly recommend it if you want good Indian food!

The taste and quality is really good and so is the owner/manager. Although they serve curry bowls with rice, you can still take a naan/bread to have it with curry as the quantity will be sufficient to go with both (rice and naan). Just the space to seat is limited but not so less.

Very authentic Indian food 10/10 flavor. Great service, cannot recommend enough. My only gripe would be no metal utensils.

Awesome spot for a quick lunch. The patio outside is great. The chicken Tikka burrito was super delicious. Will definitely order takeout for dinner sometime. And then come back for the burrito. It was soooooo good.

When I went to The Curry House, I was expecting a typical sit-down restaurant. Instead, I found a very stylish, bodega-like market and kitchen.

The first thing I noticed was the pleasant aroma of Indian cuisine the moment I exited my vehicle. Upon entering from the parking lot, (yes, there is ample parking!), the restaurant is located to the right, and at the opposite end of the market. There is actually two menus to choose from, The Curry House & Melt. (Melt offers non-Indian options like quesadillas, lemon-pepper wings, BLTs, etc. for your non Indian food eating friends or family.) My son swears the chicken quesadilla is the best one he’s ever eaten. There is some seating available inside. 3 tables for two, and a bar-style table with 6 or 7 chairs.

We ordered Butter Chicken, Tika Masala Paneer, Chicken 65, Vegetable Samosas, and various styles of naan. I’ve very serious about Indian food. It’s my absolute favorite. So much so, that I took my whole family after a trip to the Georgia Aquarium. Every one of us walked out satisfied and looking forward to leftovers for dinner (the portions were large).

The Butter Chicken was bold and creamy. The chicken was tender and I ordered it spicy, because I love my food very spicy. And let me tell you, The Curry House delivered on every dish. I had to wipe a little sweat off my brow, it was perfect. But I would be sure to order it mild if you can’t take the heat.

The Chicken 65 was seasoned exactly the way I like it. The outside of the tender, flash-fried chicken pieces was covered in a delightfully sticky paste of spicy, red, goodness.

The samosas were huge. You get two of them, which is probably enough for 4 people to share. The crispy, fried, outer crust is filled with warm, pillowy-soft potatoes and peas, seasoned to perfection. It came with a minty, green, dipping sauce that was so good that I was dumping it on by the time I got to the last bite.

The texture and firmness of the paneer was perfect. The outer layer of each piece had absorbed the Tika Masala sauce deep into it. I used a piece of the Spicy Bullet Naan and made a Paneer Tika Masala wrap. The slight crisp on the back side of the pillowy naan, seasoned with Indian herbs and spices, made for a great blankety exterior for the soft, warm pieces of paneer submerged in Tika Masala sauce.

As for the establishment itself, its not in the best part of town, but it was safe for my family to eat at. My kids are all between 7 and 11 years old. If anything, The Curry House is what makes the immediate area feel warm and welcoming. The market, kitchen and bathrooms are all very clean. The grocery section also sells high quality items, and each side is lined with refrigerated drinks including an impressive beer selection. It was convenient to have available in the restaurant because everyone could get the drink they like best.

For those who really enjoy authentic Indian food, you have to give this place a try. It is the best I’ve had yet in Georgia, and even my kids loved it! It’s tough to find a place that everyone in my family enjoys. The Curry House (and Melt!) satisfied everyone. They also have Online Ordering. So I’ll be swinging through again to pick up dinner for the whole family in the very near future.
