Whenever I go to this location the employees are either rude or mess with your sandwich in some way, especially for online orders. For example, if you select the more or less option, they will do the opposite of what it says. If you order in the store, you can at least call them on it and have them add more, but you can’t use the discount codes in the store. Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches, which is over $35 without a discount, and I selected extra lettuce on all 3. I even said “extra lettuce on all 3 please” in the instructions, because this is not the first time I’ve had this issue. When I got the sandwiches home it was like they had just sprinkled it onto the sandwiches and about half of each one didn’t even have any lettuce on it at all. 3 sandwiches were supposed to last us 2 days, but there was so little on them, they were almost gone in one meal. While the guy was nice, its unacceptable to mess with people’s food orders.

The guy working there 7/31/19 about 11am was very nice!! He made sure to make my mother’s sandwich to her exact specifications and gave her the senior discount even though she was in the car! Thank you for taking the time to do the little things that mean so much!

Hadn’t eaten here in a while, decided to mix it up a little. Sandwich was okay. I always ask for regular mayo because the lowfat/healthier alternative tastes weird, but I’m not sure if they have regular mayo anymore? In any case the mayo tasted weird, and think I got mild food poisoning, had diarrhea later in the afternoon. So while I used to frequent this location, I’m going to avoid it for a while.
