I really wanted to like this place, it being a 4 star reviewed place and all. We had the idea to go for the Jake’s signature pizza. We figured it would be the best option to get from here. Sadly mistaken. I kept getting something very bitter in like every other bite and it just took away from the whole pizza. The Pepperoni one was alright. Unfortunately we won’t be back. That pizza was awful to say the least. The service was great and beautiful decor. Thank you but no thank you!

Pesto Chicken without the plates waited 10 minutes to get plates.I said we need plates.
Her reply was thought you guys were going to share it eat it out of a bowl together.
I said no please get our plates.
She brought one plate I said where’s the other plate.
She apologized and got another plate.
My husband did say he wanted to share an order.
Soup and Salad! She brought me my soup 10 minutes later she brought my husband Salad.
Take out we order
Spaghetti Marinara house Salad to go for tonight’s dinner.
Pesto chicken was cold because we had to wait for plates.
The place was busy.
I looked around to see what other people ordered.
They look like they’re enjoying their food.
Sandwiches and pizzas.
The server was very nice and polite she had a very busy night.
We would go there again.
She was a very nice person.
Very sweet.
She forgot to put the Dr pepper on the receipt.
We had the spaghetti that we ordered from last night.
5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it was delicious I love the spaghetti.
Looking forward to try the pizza and sandwich.

I ordered the Impossible Burger w/ Fries online and it was ready at an efficient time. I decided to stay and eat it there with work colleagues. It was a packed house for a Wednesday evening around 5:25pm. I only found one parking spot. Parking lot is limited. You might have to park on the street or across the street. The ambiance is a great social place that fits larger parties. I’m rating 3 stars cuz the burger and fries were very salty. I wouldn’t order that again if I return there. I’d prefer another place for a burger. Besides the food everything else was fine. I’d give it another try. But the burger I won’t.

I had a very weird experience and although the food was not bad. For the price it should have been good. I got spaghetti with mushroom sauce and a Cesar salad. I wanted a beer but they had no list at the table. The big selection was on the wall far from me. I couldn’t read it so I got a margarita. Standard margarita. My margarita came in a water glass, with table salt on the rim. Ok fine whatever but then comes my Cesar salad with the dressing on the side and tomatoes mix in. They mixed in tomato’s but not the dressing. It was more of a seizure salad.
My dates salad was piled high on bottom and top with carrots. Her salad was 75% carrots. When I asked why my drink was not in a “margarita glass” I got argued with and told “well yeah ya see that in Mexican restaurants but that glass is fine” ??? No it is not and “YOU SEE THEM IN MEXICAN RESTAURANTS BECAUSE IT IS A TRADITIONAL DRINK FROM MEXICO”.
I felt like a potentially very nice evening was ruined by ignorance.
I left feeling upset. I will never go back.
Btw I paid $71 for that

We found this place while looking for something to eat in the area. We gave it a chance because it had great reviews. The first time we went here the food was amazing. We ordered wings, pizza and the pasta trio. Everything was good including the service. We took our daughter back to celebrate her 21st birthday and the experience was definitely not the same. When you arrive they give you fresh rolls to munch on while you wait. The waitress gave us old rolls with no oil/butter topping like the rest of the tables. When we requested fresh rolls she took our rolls to the back and put the oil on them and brought us back out the same old rolls. Next we ordered our appetizers and food. My daughter ordered the chicken pesto pasta and it came in a bowl filled with oil (about an inch of oil). I ordered a pizza and it came out undercooked. My other daughter ordered a pasta dish and it came out with mixed pasta noodles (penne, spaghetti, etc.). Also, our waitress was not attentive or friendly. We let it slide because we had been there before and knew that Jake’s could do better. It could have just been an off night for them but the experience is burned in our memory. We went back a third time and everything was back to normal. My daughter ordered the chicken pesto pasta again and it came out perfect. This is a local spot with a bar in it and towards the end of the night the bar side can get kind of rowdy. If you’re taking kids I suggest to go a little earlier to avoid that. Other than that, it’s a great hidden local gem.

(Post 18 holes of golf we were super hungry) The service was spot on, fast and friendly. The fresh bread rolls and garlic butter were outstanding…. The appetizers, caprese salad and bruschetta were delicious and the ingredients were very fresh. We ordered meat lovers pizza and a build your own. The sausage was incredible and the pizzas were over the top… this food is no joke. We were stuffed and still had a ton of pizza to take home. We will be back many times.

STOP by for drinks at the bar. Pleasant atmosphere. Bartender friendly on our visit. Next visit may try food. They had a pretty good attendance of people eating. UPDATE
Returned for an early dinner. Tables readily available. Food portions large, tasty and freshly prepared. Service very good.

The food was wonderful, and our server “Summer” was a delight. I’m on vacation, so I HAD to try the Pizza Fries. I’m glad I ordered enough for the whole table bc none of us could stop eating them.

I’ve been here several times and this was a good place to eat but NEVER AGAIN! I Liked it before because they used to have a nice bowl for the side salad and portions were decent. Yesterday we ordered 1 steak wrap, 1 Italian sandwich, 3 soft drinks and an order of onion rings. PRICE 78.00! With tip over 90 (I tipped 15 because it’s not our server’s fault and she was nice) Italian sandwich was equivalent to a regular size subway sandwich, the wrap was ok but small, salad (came with the meal) was served on a 4″ plate (very small not like before) Now I know prices are going up everywhere but 2 sandwiches 3 sodas and an order of onion rings (frozen fried) BTW 16.00 is ridiculous!
