This cute little shop is a local favorite, but hard to find if you’re an out-of-towner. Though it’s tucked away off the main drag, I recommend you seek out this quaint corner store. The coffee will be waiting, and hopefully a stool at the table. Take my advice and get a “long john”.

A recent back home visit to see my father let me find this gem. I tried another bakery during my stay. Hands down Bakery on State is the top in town. This is coming from someone that use to do this for a living. Knee caps and donuts were delicious. If you choose filled you will have filling as you eat instead of wondering if it’s even there. The bread and buns were wonderful flavor and very good. Honestly why would you go to the supermarket? The taste, freshness, quality is why I returned throughout my stay. Friendliness from the whole staff was very accommodating.

Are you kidding? I cannot believe this places isn’t front and center on Main Street. I had and eclair, cookie and a slice of an awesome cake. Delicious is the perfect word for this. Definitely look them up and enjoy.
