The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is honestly not bad at all. The wings are always very tasty and the temperature is never off. I’ve never had an issue with how the food tastes.
My issue is specifically with online orders through the app. I always order the 20 wing bundle that comes with large fries, and then add an order of queso and chips. Out of 9 orders in the past 45 days, I’ve only received the fries once. The one time I actually got them was because I called the restaurant right after placing the order on the app and explained that I kept not getting my fries on previous orders. That time, they were included. After that, I ordered four more times without calling, including today, and again no fries. At this point it’s honestly absurd. It almost feels intentional because it keeps happening over and over. I shouldn’t have to call every time just to make sure I get everything that’s already included in the bundle I’m paying for.
The food itself is good, but the consistency with online orders is really disappointing. I call the place after the fact and their way to fix the issue is by saying “let me know next time you order and ill give you a free order or fries.” This shouldn’t have to be this way. Verify orders before they go out at least once as a manager. This is obviously not happening for every order to be incomplete.

Me and my family decided to stop by this location since we were in the area shopping and Buffalo Wild Wings is one of our fan favorites. Anyways We sat down , the waiter stopped by to finally greet us and shortly after we started ordering . For starters we put in my kids order as well as an appetizer while we look for our entree. Few min go by and we put in our main course . Now About 35-40 min pass by and finally my child’s food comes out along with the appetizer. Now I noticed all of the food was brought at the same time. I played it cool and brushed it off as I just wanted to enjoy a good meal with my family , however I wished I had a different waiter and maybe my experience would have been different . Speaking of server each time our server walked by our table he asked if we everything is okay and if we needed to go boxes almost as if we were a nuisance . It was extremely uncomfortable and rude as we hadn’t had the chance to fully digest our food but I drew the line after the 5th time heapproached us and persistently asked if we would like the check I said yes please , paid and still left a decent tip even though I’ll never return to this establishment .

I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings and I feel that they are really starting to lose their customer service skills. The people that work there are really there just to collect a paycheck. This was my first time at this location, the food was good but the service was horrible. It took forever to get the food, to ask for assistance and to even get the check. In addition, when we arrived, there were barely other customers. Since this is my first time there, I will go there again when I have a chance and if they do better the next time I’ll update this post. If not, then this review will remain.

Well, I decided to give this establishment another opportunity. When they first started out, they were not very good on several fronts. I decided to go back when I saw a new location in Garden City Stewart Ave. Well, it definitely has improved. The food was really good. The waiter seemed a little eager. However, he mellowed out. The facility was clean. Granted, it was new, so we shall see. The music was way too loud for a lunch crowd. Maybe at night but not during the day. Also, the front is off to the side, so don’t be fooled like I was. Hopefully, they will find a way to point people to the opening. Also, they included plugs for phones and other electronic devices. The food deals are also pretty good. Will watch over time if it continues or they do away with it once it is established.

Do not order during an event, today is Superbowl. I understand that there will be a wait but I placed an order at 2pm for 6pm pickup.
Came at 6 pm, to find a long wait, checked in at 6:30.
Food arrived at 7:40, fries mostly empty, wings order is missing half the wings.

Terrible experience!
Suggestion : turn off your pickup orders if you get too many requests, or don’t promise 6 pm pickup.

BWW quality is not the same anymore. The wings are incredibly dry and taste like they’ve been recooked multiple times. We ordered the boneless and boned combo last night and without even tasting them you can tell both were dried out; to pay $27.99 for this is disgusting. It came with a side of kale salad which I didn’t even eat. It takes a lot to get me to complain , this threw me off & will not be coming back. No thank you. $55 total for two people + a recommended tip of 18% ($8.00) is criminal.

Only the guy who works the take out counter is humbled. All other staff is entitled and doesn’t smile big attitudes . Talking to a brick wall might be more exciting . Their staff needs a major attitude adjustment . Especially the shorter lady with glasses and the bald guy behind the bar. Not friendly at all . Why would I wanna tip these people . You’re in the service industry and you’re not friendly . Maybe find a new job

I stopped in at 10:15 to grab a quick bite after the gym . This place was severely understaffed and dirty. I sat at the bar and the bartender looked at me like I wasn’t suppose to be there and proceeded to tell me the kitchens closing soon. Those are the only words that were said to me in my 40 minutes of being there I was gone by 10:55 . Food was just ok and the staff needs a bit more training.

Let me start by saying the look of the restaurant is fantastic. That is the end of the compliments I’m giving this place. Literally everything we ordered was ICE cold. The nachos were not only freezing, but there was maybe a singular chip intact? The onion rings had a total of 4 pieces for $7.00 which wasn’t awful, but again literally 0 degrees. We were giving ZERO plates, napkins, wipes, and silverware while eating until we asked MULTIPLE times. When we were given “plates” they were the classic metal trays but with no paper liner. However we were given 8 blue cheeses for a total of 30 wings for 2 people. So that’s a weird ratio of wings to blue cheeses. Aside from also waiting 45 minutes for our appetizers to come (again freezing) the waitress was just as cold. Definitely never coming back to this location.

I decided to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings at 630 Stewart Ave, Garden City, NY tonight after my evening shift to relax, grab dinner, and watch my Dodgers play. I arrived at 10:40 PM and waited until 10:47 PM, but during that entire time, I was completely ignored. The posted store hours were saying it’s open till midnight.

Several employees wearing both blue and grey shirts walked past me and clearly saw me standing there, yet not one person acknowledged me—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. As someone who hasn’t been here in years, I was honestly looking forward to supporting a place I used to enjoy, but instead, I was left standing there feeling unwelcome and disregarded.

It’s disappointing to come home after serving overseas, try to enjoy a simple night out, and be treated like I didn’t even exist. I hope the management sees this and addresses how their staff treats guests, especially toward the end of the night. Every customer deserves basic acknowledgment and respect.
