When I tried to pay with a credit card, the card reader didn’t work. I asked if I could pay at the window using that same card and was told that wasn’t possible. As a former Chick-fil-A employee, I know this isn’t accurate, which made the situation frustrating. I ended up having to use a different form of payment.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations either. The fries were burnt, and the nuggets were very dry. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
