This one was a truck we had been wanting to try for a while and it was well worth the wait. Huge burritos that are delicious and pretty cheap. There self serve sauces knock others out of the park. I also loved the picnic tables set up inside for a really cozy atmosphere if you want to eat there. Truly a place to stop if you pass by.

Since discovering this food truck, to say that I’ve been obsessed is an understatement. Their tacos are reasonably priced for the amount that they STUFF their tacos. Most places will be light handed with their meat and pile on the cilantro and onions, but not here. They will GENEROUSLY stuff the tacos with meat and then add cilantro/onion on top. It can get a little messy, because as you try to pick up the taco, the contents spill out from being so full-which idk about you, but that’s a problem I DON’T mind having at all. I have had the pleasure of tasting about 75% of their meat options available and each and every single one is delicious, seasoned, and just ✨chefs kiss✨. Aside from their tacos they offer a variety of other options, I’ve tried their super burrito (absolutely massive) it’s bigger than a Chipotle burrito and 100x more flavorful–unfortunately I did not manage to snag a picture of this one and I’m quite disappointed about it . I have also had their Torta Cubana–let me tell you, you’ll never be able to eat a regular Torta again. I am so excited to eventually make my way through their large menu and I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on there!

Fantastic prices for an enormous amount of food! This is one of the food trucks in Salem i always recommend to visitors because it’s that good and it is so authentic! I love it there! They always get your food out to you super fast plus they have seating here as well as a salsa bar which is more than pretty much any other food truck I’ve been too so this is the best!!

Normally best best taco truck around but very disappointing I have a 10 min drive. Ordered over the phone they said 20 min or longer get there on time stand in line. Ordered 5 tacos and whole beans WITH cheeae on them got nooo cheese on at all everything is superrr cold and normally when you order you get potatoes and onion and jalapeños nope none of that and like no cilantro at all. Very disappointing this time

Unassuming yet very delicious Mexican food can be found at this food truck. I ordered a burrito and a mulita and both tasted incredible. This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico itself. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Highly recommend if you’re in Salem and need a quick delicious bite.

Mean people to homeless will never buy food here again. A guy with no shoes wanted to buy French fries. The staff kicked him out, yelled at him and threatened to call cops. Disgusting behavior and you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Very godly behavior if you are religious, im sure you all wear cross necklaces. We ended up buying him the food. Also a guy pulled up in the guadalupana van and tried to kick him out again while he was waiting for me to give him the food. Be a decent human being guadalupana workers. You never know what bad will come on you.

It use to be my go to spot cause the tacos were good but now it’s the worst tacos. The thought of them now disgusts me.
The tacos are drenched in oil that the bottom plate is full of it too. It has no flavor. The meat taste weird and odd texture.

Food was great, staff was kind. However, the entire experience was soured by a very strong, prominent stench of mildew & mold. Come to discover, they have a carpet that’s pretty much mushed into the ground and covered in mold. The entire ordering area REEKS. I had to step away whilst my boyfriend ordered because it was so disgusting. I’d definitely come again, but I REALLY hope they get rid of that disgusting carpet.
