Mikey had a charisma that makes me smile. He was enthusiastic and happy to be here. He knows the menu, his upsale is straightforward but polite, and his customer service was amazing. The burger was hot, fries were straight out the fries. And, of course, Mikey tipped my delicious blizzard. The lobby was really clean. And although I didn’t use it, a kid area with TV is available, too.

Took advantage of the 50% off deal. The chicken fingers are very good with a nice coating. French fries were fine. The star is always the Blizzard and it did not disappoint. I had the Mocha Brownie Mudslide and it just might be my favorite flavor. I hope they put it on the menu permanently. Lastly, the manager is wonderful. Has a great attitude and sense of humor.

I keep trying this location over and over and it always disappoints. They don’t mix their blizzards fully. They don’t even feel their blizzards to the rim anymore. They’re soft serve ice cream is completely flavorless. The atmosphere is lackluster and you always feel like you’re bothering the employees by coming in and placing an order. Will not come here again. Fool me once shame, on you. Fool me 10 times, shame on me. Not again.

The supervisor/manager working Sunday night, 1 Feb, is impressive. She was on top of things and it was the best food I have had in a long time. The guy working the window was rude and condescending, but everything else was great!

I hate that this is closest location to my house because the staff and especially the manager is extremely rude! Yelling at everyone and slamming the window in the drive thru closed while I’m still talking to her! I am 1 person and went through the drive thru for my family of 5 and they refused to give me a cup holder for my ice creams because “we aren’t allowed to give cup holders for ice cream” how am I supposed to hold all of this and drive home?!

I walk in looking at the menu and the manager walks up to me and tells me to leave if I don’t plan on buying anything. Like buddy, I’m looking at the menu contemplating if I want anything, and the stores entirely empty, why are you going out of your way to harass me. This isn’t even the first time either, and I’m sure they’ve done this to more people than they’d like to let off. The audacity you need to have. If I want to take my time deciding what I want, I will. Rude, incentive and beyond unprofessional.

As a Door Dasher constantly operating in the Green Valley Henderson area, This is one of the most miserable environments ever. I first thought this was just bad timing, maybe got off on the wrong foot, or just how low-key bad the area was, but I’ve delivered for all the other stores in the same strip mall such as the Mexican, Boba, and Philly restaurant, and even other DQ locations, and they’ve not only been pleasant but a joy to work with. Only this Dairy Queen in Henderson constantly has at least one hostile/paranoid staff that either starts or escalates a situation with me or another customer. Its still a problem with all new face on that shift. In the Summer, the smell of sour Milk is in there air. You might need to flush this location out. Even the few good ones here I see too rarely.
Update: Been asking about this place and seems like this quality of service has been going down for a more than half a decade, good luck seeing any change here.

I was in line ordering food and what I believe to be the manager, a male with a ginger bear and hair with glasses started yelling at these kids ferociously that were paying customers asking for the free water cup that they provide, saying that if they drink the water they will be banned from the store. I feel so bad for those kids and that worker deserves to be fired!

I found a hair in my food, the food is overly priced to begin with. We called the store about it and Sandy the GM was very rude and unprofessional and clicked on us during the phone call. Her attitude and personality was worse than the food.
