made and online order and multiple items were missing off my sandwich that i paid for i asked for 50% more turkey and added onion and banana peppers and extra lettuce and tomato they weren’t on the sandwich received the bare minimum of tomatoes and lettuce and way less meat than what i paid for and i can’t get a refund through the app because someone stole my phone number… thanks subway

I placed an online order as soon as I got off of work for a foot-long turkey sandwich with extra cheese. I called as soon as I realized it was the same cheese and asked if she could do two separate cheese and she told me no she can’t do anything extra. I said it was not extra. I paid for that extra cheese, I didn’t say anymore cause I realize it was online and it would be hard to cancel. I didn’t want her to do anything to my sandwich. I walked in and said I had to order for online. She said it’s right there I said do you have a managers number or owners number and she told me no you can grab your sandwich and go , I said can I purchase four slices American cheese she told me no if I walked in a different way she would’ve did it. She did not know how to handle the situation. She’s horrible and very disrespectful. I told her she was being petty over the cheese when you walk into a place like Subway you pay for something specifically you want to eat. She threatened to call the cops on me instead of fixing the sandwich or letting me purchase four slices of cheese and also told me not to return to the store as if she owned the place . I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years. I will not be returning until that little girl that doesn’t not know how to handle customers is gone.

Kinda ridiculous how we place a PICKUP order and yet 2 sandwiches are messed up. One not toasted at all. The second doesn’t even have all of the correct modifications and isn’t toasted like asked for. Do better and read your pickups properly ‍♀️

Why have online ordering available for this location? If they’re not going to make the sandwich until you actually walk into the store. When the app says the sandwich is ready. Sometimes I come from work, expecting my food to be ready by the time I get there. And they haven’t even started the sandwich yet.

Normally order my same order, but wanted something different.the lady at the counter Jasmin suggested chicken teriyaki. The food was WONDERFUL. The meat was warm n ready, jasmine helped me with any questions and had a bright smile to share. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot!

The poor your lady that prepared, range orders and cleaned did an excellent job today. She deserves five stars. The owner should be ashamed and so should her co-workers for forcing her to do that. Even though it was a long wait because she was by herself, my sandwich was good.

Quick bite to eat. Don’t expect much. Our meatballs were cold and old. The lady was by herself and did her best but manager needs to schedule more people to help that poor older lady. She had a line and was struggling. Shame on you management!

Just left subway, the sandwich maker Amy had a bad attitude!! I asked if my bacon could be microwaved instead of in the toaster, she still attempted to put my bacon in the toaster.. I said ma’am I would like my bacon in the microwave. She tosses my bacon on top of the microwave and makes a deep breath as if it was a bother to put my bacon in the microwave why, I don’t know. I asked her if their was a problem or if she was having a bad day. She says no, asked what I would like on my sandwich with a bad attitude and bacon still on top of the microwave. I ask when she was going to put my bacon in the microwave she mumble something. I than decided to leave, wasted time on my lunch break to deal with a person who needs better customer service skills and a better attitude! I also asked the sandwich maker what the corp number was she says we don’t have one, I said how can you not have a Corp # she than says she doesn’t know it & to contact her manager Deanna. I will not be returning to this location!
